    Staff was only somewhat helpful. I came in after blowing a coolant hose and needed help identifying the replacement part. The employee would only look up parts if I already knew the exact name of what I needed, which was the whole reason I was asking for help. I was simply pointed toward an aisle and told that if it wasn’t there, they didn’t have it. After dealing with a breakdown, taking multiple Ubers to different stores, and trying to get my car back on the road, the lack of assistance and attitude made an already stressful situation even worse. Edit: turns out they had the piece I needed but I wasn’t aware what it looked like.. now I’ll have to take a 3rd uber to go back and get it.

    They had a radiator for my 2095 Nissan Altima that no one had... Great service and availably parts with other close competitors... (AAP)... Just saying!!! Thanks you all for being the best parts company near me!!!

    I had such a great experience at this Autozone on PaxtonStreet. Shelia one of the managers here was so kind, loving, and helpful to me. I purchased a van pcm or ecm the first time and it turned out it was damaged. I returned it with no issues and purchased another one. The second one was the exact fit and the right one. Throughout all of this Shelia wanted me to keep her posted on how things were going and to let her know if there was anything she could do to help me out. I took the second one home, installed it, drove my van around, and started to see improvements within a day. I called Shelia the next day and told her that the second computer for my van is working and she was so happy that it worked. This is my first experience with anyone at a auto parts store who cares for there customers and to even ask the customer to keep them updated. Shelia made me feel like one of her kids and I am so thankful to God for crossing my path with her. They have my repeat business!! Shelia keep up the great work and thanks for helping me out and caring about your customers and the parts you sell!
