Oil is the lifeblood of every standard vehicle on the road. It's crucial to regularly check your oil and schedule oil change service for your car to ensure it runs properly. Rotating your vehicle's tires is important for maintaining and managing treadwear on your tires, and in some cases is required in order to preserve your tires' warranty.
We can service, replace, and repair exhaust systems, catalytic converters, tailpipes, and mufflers. Ensuring these systems are working properly is key to elongating the life of your vehicle and maintaining optimal performance.
Proper wheel and tire alignment helps your car's tires last longer, increases fuel economy, and improves your vehicle's handling. Our highly-trained tire alignment experts are ready to provide you the reliable, quality service you need to get back on the road.
Your vehicle's shocks, struts, and suspension are key components to ensure your vehicle's performance and a more comfortable ride. As such, it's important to properly maintain these components on your vehicle.
Nothing ruins a day faster than a dead car battery. Many factors could lead to your car not starting — a bad battery, failed alternator, or worn-out starter are just a few examples.
Our highly-trained auto technicians and mechanics have decades of experience diagnosing, repairing, and replacing worn out car batteries. We understand how important a reliable car battery is for your car or truck to run and operate reliably. Every car battery replacement and installation we perform uses trusted brands and comes with a limited warranty on parts and service.
There's not much worse than getting in your car, turning that key and seeing that little exclamation point icon telling you that you have low tire pressure. But if you just filled up your tires yesterday and you're still seeing that warning, it may be time to replace your vehicle's TPMS sensor.

Hopefully this doesn't get lost in all of the fake reviews. Look how many 5 star reviews there are from fake profiles that only have 1 review and magically, it's a review for Mavis.
If you go here for an alignment, be prepared for them to upsell you on bs repairs that you don't need. I was told my vehicle needed inner tie rods in order to have an alignment. Mind you, a day prior it was at my mechanic for an inspection and passed with flying colors. I also brought it back to my mechanic and he said in no way did I need inner tie rods. The only reason I took it to mavis was because my mechanic does not have the machine for an alignment.
So anyway, they will want to turn the simple alignment into a $1000 repair bill because they want to upsell you on things you don't need.
Never once did the mechanic show me that my inner tie rods had play in them (which is what a mechanic would notice if they were in need of repair). Instead, he just said that he couldn't do it because there was rust on it. Fact check, 95% of cars in PA have surface rust on suspension components due to the harsh winters we have.
Don't fall for their shitty sales tactic. It's all bait and switch. Go in for one thing, and they try to sell you on other things that aren't needed.
Also it's clear the front desk lady and/or the mechanics are posting fake reviews to boost up their rating. It would be ashame if google found out about this.
I will also be reporting to the BBB and taking legal action. This location is the definition of shady mechanics, and upselling you on things you don't need, all to line their pockets further. In no way are they looking out for the customer.
Go find local, HONEST shops. I wouldn't suggest this place to my worst enemy.

Great service, friendly, knowledgeable staff. I had some concerns due to a prior bad experience at a different tire company service center, but I was quickly put at ease as the process was patiently and thoroughly explained to me. Thank you Mavis!

I wasn’t impressed. They took me in on a moments notice and it took about an hour and a half just for an oil change. They also took all four tires off and inspected my brakes without my permission. I also think $109 after a $30 coupon is a little bit steep for an oil change.

I wasn’t impressed. Although they took me in at a moment notice it took an hour and a half to get an oil change done. To my discovery, the car was up on the lift and all the tires were off and they were inspecting the brakes when I just asked for an oil change and they never asked for permission. I also think $109 is a little steep for an oil change after a $30 coupon has been applied.

I came in with a slashed tire and was in a real bind. The manager took me in right away without any hesitation and got me moving through the process immediately. That kind of urgency means everything when you’re stuck and just need to get back on the road.
Jim and Becky were both great from start to finish. They knew their stuff, kept it straight with me, and made sure I understood what was going on the whole time. Since two of my tires were done, they found me two brand new ones that matched the tread and speed rating of the other two already on the car. They didn’t just grab whatever was in stock. They made sure everything lined up correctly so my vehicle stays safe and balanced.
Is it expensive? Yes. New tires cost what they cost and I paid for it. But I left knowing the work was done right and nothing was half done or mismatched. That peace of mind is worth it.
Great team at this location. If you go in, ask for Jim or Becky. You will be in good hands.
