Buying a tire or a whole set of tires sucks to begin with, but this place made it suck way less. Really friendly and funny staff, drinks for 1.25 and waiting room nice and cool temp. Didn't really realize I had to wait, and just chilled comfortably. Also, they have a play space for kids which I thought was really awesome. Oh, and very clean. Will be back.

3 weeks ago I made an appointment to repair a tire. When I arrived there were technicians in sandals and shorts in the repair bay (yikes). I let the lady at the counter know that I was there for an appointment to remove a screw from a tire and patch the tire. So I handed the keys over and was going to wait for the repair although the shop's AC was broken. Before I sat down, I wanted to confirm that the tire was going to be patched and not just a plug installed ( I could do that at home myself). I was told "we dont patch tires here, only plug them". Disappointing that a tire shop uses inferior means of repair.

The technician was great went in fir a simple tire rotation and he pointed out some things that my car dealer had missed… very important suspension items. He thoroughly explained what was wrong and took me into the bay showed me exactly what he was talking about. His concern for our safety was palpable and greatly appreciated. Felt like i was part of the conversation not just led along.

* My A/C worked before service but failed immediately afterward.
* The blower then became loud, worked intermittently, and ultimately stopped entirely.
* Employees witnessed the problem but did not resolve it.
* The manager initially refused to document the failure.
* She then wrote that the A/C was “functioning as designed,” although it was not functioning.
* Corporate was needed an another employee witness in order to later corrected the invoice to acknowledge the failure.
* The company still refused to address what happened.
