  Went to get my car inspected and had a scheduled appointment for 6:30pm. I arrive at 6:25 and go in to be told that even though I have an appointment and I’m early and my car takes literally 2 seconds to do an inspection on because it’s a brand new EV they will not do it because “he already clocked out and I can’t clock him back in”. Apparently there’s only 1 guy capable of doing an inspection and I guess he decided to clock out early so I’m out of luck. I’ve taken my other EV here in the past 3 other times for an inspection and have had the appointment at 6:30p before as well and never had an issue until now. Be warned that just because you have an appointment doesn’t mean that they will actually take you.

  I received a quote over the phone prior to booking the appointment. When I arrived to drop the car off for a 4 tire installation, the price was nearly double. The price online vs what their in store computer was partially at fault. The other reason was because of the old bait and switch tactic the employees are encouraged to use when preparing a quote. Their quote is such that it does not include mounting the tires and everything that is required to do so. I explicitly verified before arriving for the installation the cost was the out the door price when I agreed to booking the appointment. The service writers were very apologetic, and looked for other price saving options. It’s just a bad business practice, and therefore cannot give a higher rating for this reason.

  I can’t give more stars as they have had my car since Saturday and it is now Tuesday at 6:30pm and it’s still not done. On Saturday I dropped my car off for inspection it failed as I expected and was told what work it needed I said ok and he told me the parts would be in Monday by 10am and work should be done by afternoon Monday. I called Monday and was told a part didn’t come and it’d be in Tuesday and car should be done Tuesday afternoon. I called again Tuesday afternoon. Car hadn’t even been started working but hey all parts are in. I call again 4 hours later they are just starting to working on it and again I’m told a new time it should be done by the end of day, so 7pm Tuesday. I hear nothing so I called again to check on things and am told it won’t be done yet again today. So now it’ll be ANOTHER day (5 total) without car. I’m paying over 2500 for this work to be done and am told oh it should be done by this time, oh it should be done by this time, etc etc. Now tomorrow I am not available to pick up because of my schedule and Ill have to change my schedule to make it to the shop to pick up by 7pm because my daughter NEEDS that car so she can get to her event Thursday morning at 7:30am. I sure hope they don’t wait until 430pm Wednesday to start working on it again!
