My grandson’s tire was losing air. Called to see if he needed appointment and was told to come right in. They found a screw in the tire. We only waited about 15 minutes. Everyone was so kind. Would highly recommend.

Ran over a piece of wood with a suspected nail in it. Called and made an appointment to have it repairers the next day after needing to refill the air 3 times in one day. Took the tire to north Hanover Mavis where they told my son there was no puncture in that tire or any other ones and sent him on his way. He brought the car home to me and I called the store. They told me the same thing despite how many times I had to add air and it was even down 4 pounds of pressure in the 20 minutes it took him to get home. They even told me I could take it somewhere else if I didn’t trust their opinion. Came out this morning to this. Now I have to spend the day trying to get the obvious leak fixed somewhere else. Like I had time for this! Thanks for nothing.

I had a leaking low trailer tire on a Sunday afternoon on my horse trailer when coming to trail ride and swim with our horses in PA. The park office located Mavis tire for me, got their number and I was able to reach a live person right away. I also had poor cell phone service so Chase in their office personally walked me through on the phone how to get to their location. When I got here the guys in the shop were awesome fast and so helpful. At 4:30 on a Sunday afternoon an emergency turned into a great experience overall with this Mavis. 10 stars for them!
