Made a same day appt. to have my tires rotated. Arrived at the shop to a warm welcome at the counter. Was informed the tire rotation would take about 45 minutes. I sat in the very clean waiting area to wait for the service to be completed. ~45ish minutes later, they called my name, handed my keys back, and told me to have a great rest of my day. I was stunned, as I was expecting to be charged for the labor of the tire rotation. They made my day by sharing with me that they don't charge for a simple tire rotation by itself. 10/10 experience, will recommend friends and family check out Mavis on Baltimore St.

Had a nail in my tire that needed fixed ASAP!! NOBODY around would get me in, but Mavis got me in within 2 hours. They said they wanted to fix my flat right when I got to the store, but they didnt have the time when I was there. So they had me come back a few hours later. Flat was plugged and latched in half an hour, and since they had to send me away the first time, they comped the service and sent me on my way free of charge. Awesome service!!! Would recommend these people for sure, and will definitely be coming back.

These guys are amazing! It’s a Friday, they are busy as heck and I have a flat. I’m supposed to leave for my first vacation in like 10 years in a few hours… these guys had me in and out in 15mins!!! (Here’s the kicker, they had no idea I was in a rush. They just got the job done!) staff was super friendly and accommodating. A+ service!!!

Sharing this because I have yet to receive a response from corporate on my customer support email. I got my oil changed about a month ago, the next day I knew something was wrong because my engine overheated, come to find out my upper radiator hose had been broken. The last people to be in my engine was Mavis. This caused my serpentine belt to become contaminated, I have since replaced both parts, totaling over $500. If I could go back in time, I would have brought this to their attention immediately, but I had to go college. Additionally, they somehow put a bolt that was too big inside of my oil pan and it caused some damage there too. Overall, I would not recommend going here and getting an oil change, and I think it would be nice if someone would get back to me so I could get a refund of some sort.
