  Probably the best run enterprise I have ever been to. The dude with black hair who checked me in was very nice. They were packed, but I don't think I waited more than 5 minutes

  Just wanted to thank the Enterprise of Hanover for always giving us a great experience with renting the 15 seat passenger vans. The service we received from Shea and Brandon were truly amazing and helped our experience go so much better. Thank you!

  Expedited service, Dylan was great, good selection of cars. Glad they are located near me. Will use again if necessary in future.

  The staff was very helpful, responsive, and friendly. Pick up and return of the car was smooth, the car was clean, comfortable, and drove well, and the young man (Austin) whom they had drive me to pick up my car at the shop was a good driver and a joy to spend time with during the drive. The whole experience with Enterprise was smoothe and pleasant, and I'll definitely go to them if I ever need a rental again.

  2 weeks ago I rented a vehicle from them and everything was great. My only issue - they don't inform the customer if the vehicle has driver assist functions. When I inquired about it I was told they don't inspect every vehicle like that. As a good driver of 40 years, this freaked me out. The steering wheel attempted to correct me while I was driving in a straight line - not distracted. This was rather disturbing and I did not care for it. It also attempted to brake when unnecessary which really pissed me off. So yesterday I tried to rent another car and was told that they couldn't verify my address so no rental for me. And then told my friend that a credit card was required due to ? Which wasn't required with the previous rental. So here's my issue, why did you rent to us 2 weeks ago without a credit card and this time required one? Nothing was wrong with the previous vehicle and it was returned early, wasn't scratched, wrecked or anything else. That's truly poor customer service.
