  This was the best experience we have had with a car rental. The service going out and checking in was smooth and easy. The vehicle was outstanding. I will be back.

  We are a family of 8 and needed an 15 passenger for our vacation but Enterprise did not have the 15 passenger vehicle that I had rented available. I had reached out to the Hanover office so many times before picking up my rental to check if they had a 15 passenger for me and they tried but could only get me a mini van which did fit us all but not comfortably especially with all of our luggage. I immediately reached out to customer service when we got to our vacation destination and they had promised me that they would help me find a vehicle that would fit our family and needs. I let them know that I could use anything bigger than a mini van, even a large premium SUV would work. Of course I never heard back from them AT ALL. They never responded that whole week. I had taken it upon myself to still go ahead and called several enterprises around the area we were vacationing at and even reserved a 15 passenger for our trip back but was then told the day before traveling back that that vehicle couldn’t do a one way trip. I was also told that there was no enterprises within a 50 mile radius that could get me the vehicle I had reserved and paid for. When asked for a refund due to the price difference between the 15 passenger and the reg mini van I was given I was told that there was nothing they could do because I made the reservation through Priceline. Never mind you that there was over a $50 price difference per day on the 15 passenger versus the mini van that we got. I will probably have to resort to filing a claim with my credit card company to get my money back. This vehicle situation really put a damper on our vacation.

  The Hanover PA staff are great!! They are friendly, and pleasant on all encounters. They work quickly and efficiently, so the customers don't have to wait for long periods of time, even when they are busy. Kudos to them all!!

  Super friendly and helpful staff. Answered and and all questions I had. Made the experience wonderful and it one less thing for me to worry about while waiting to get my car fixed.

  Shout out to the manager for his professionalism and help, and his willingness to accommodate an uncertain one way vs. round trip scenario. I rented a car here to drive out of state to purchase a vehicle, and everything was handled well. The drop off location in Chester, VA wrongfully accused me of causing scuff marks, and didn't believe me until they called the Hanover PA location to confirm, and I appreciated the team here defending me with their internal notes confirming the marks were there before I rented it. I worked directly with the manager, but I also appreciated the friendly staff here, which I observed were kind and friendly to other customers.
