  The staff there are Top Notch, very friendly and professional!! They were extremely busy when I got there, but they handled ever customer with the same amount of care and professionalism. They made sure to explain everything in detail to me. The young man made sure the car was clean and he walked around the car with me to insure all was good with the car for me. I will definitely patronize them again.

  On Saturday we stopped in at the Hanover location to reserve a JEEP for a funeral. We stated that we would be picking it up at noon on Monday & returning it on Wednesday at noon. We were assured that they had plenty of Jeeps on hand & it wouldn't be a problem getting one. The clerk even offered to try to get us a black one. When we arrived today at noon to pick up the Jeep as scheduled, there wasn't a Jeep in sight. The clerk said he couldn't find our reservation but saw it rescheduled for a 4:30 pickup time but didn't see the Jeep requested after he mentioned seeing it but that it was deleted. Instead of getting the Jeep at noon as reserved & assured that it wouldn't be a problem getting the Jeep, we were basically downgraded to a car. We didn't even receive any compensation for your mixup with our reserved vehicle that we requested. We are very displeased & upset over the service we received today.

  Reservation, pick up of reservation, and return of reservation rental were all quick and flawless. Service was excellent all around at every interaction of the process! When I need a rental in the future I will not look around. I will just call Enterprise at this location.

  a rental cars are nice, but the customer service?? communication were horrrrible. i contacted the **Hanover location directly by phone and confirmed TWICE. ** that my debit card would be accepted. i was specifically told to arrive before 5:45 PM, so i drove for hours based on that information. when i arrived in person, the staff told me something completely different that they do not offer debit-card rentals for trips over 50 miles. that WAS never communicated to me during either phone call. i relied on the information given to me by the Hanover location & was then left stranded after driving hours to get there. completely unacceptable. the cars may be nice, but i strongly recommend getting everything in writing. DONT rely on what a representative tells you over the phone unless you have proof of the exact policy they confirmed. again. COMMUNICATION IS A MAIN KEY.
