  The part that stands out is Jacob very helpful and knowledgeable. The worse part was the waiting for the finance folks. They have a problem with time management. We were there 4 and 1/2 hours. Other people were taken to speak with the finance people before us. We will not be going back, we got the impression that they did not have respect for our time. Your loss!

  Very disappointing and misleading experience. I was initially given a pre-inspection offer of $21,400 for my camper, which is why I moved forward with the process. After everything, I received a final offer of only $1,600. I understand inspections can affect value, but a drop of nearly $20,000 feels completely unreasonable and misleading. It felt like a bait-and-switch just to get me in the door. I wasted a lot of time and would not recommend this company based on my experience.

  To be honest me and my husband went in here and had a good experience until we found out this finance manager told us he “accidentally” took 5,000 off our card because his manager had fat fingers. But to find out it wasn’t an accident they took $4985.50 off my card when they were only supposed to take $500. I am extremely pissed off and now I do not want nothing from this place. I want my money back! And we were told that it was in house financing and then they turn around and run it through a bank! So I do not recommend this place. If we want a camper we will go somewhere else.

  Everyone was kind, understanding, personable, helpful and quick on getting us situated and making sure we were satisfied. So nice and refreshing to be treated with respect. They answered all our questions and kept good lines of communication. Edit: now that we have the camper I am correcting this review. Removed the 5 star and giving less. We were lied to about the inspection. Told that everything works. After having it towed to our spot and hooked up the water, under the sink leaked everywhere. Looked at the tubes and saw that not only is it Jerry rigged with completely wrong clamps but they were also glued onto the tube. When we called we were told to bring it back cause they don’t to mobile maintenance which we can’t do. Highly dissatisfied.

  I cannot recommend this Camping World location enough! I was hunting for the elusive B&W RVB3670, which has been nearly impossible to find lately. Not only did they have it in stock, but Dustin in the parts department went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Being on the road hauling doesn't leave us with much downtime, and Dustin completely understood the urgency. He took the initiative to coordinate directly with the service department to get the unit assembled for us immediately. He even handled the logistics to ensure everything is staged and ready for installation tomorrow morning so we can get back on the route without delay. If you need a team that actually understands the needs of people working on the road, go see Dustin. Fast, professional, and genuinely helpful service!
