  I am appalled at the level of service & communication from the service department at Camping World Hanover. We arranged to have our camper dropped off the first week of July for what we anticipated being warranty repairs. The camper is only 1.5 years old and the awning is too long without a center brace, the weight caused sagging, and bent the awning arms. In addition, the water heater is malfunctioning. Despite paying hundreds each month for Camping World’s extended warranty coverage each - the awning is “not covered” - which has yet to be explained. We only learned this after 1 full month of Camping World holding our camper with zero communication. It took me 2 phone calls to get a response. I was told that they had “just been told” of these findings & it would be another 2 weeks to complete the warranty repair of the water heater. We are now nearly 2 months in, we haven’t been able to use our camper for most of the summer, and there is still no communication. I have left a message asking for service manager return phone call - which has still gone unanswered. The money grabbing “warranty” programs and lack of transparency & communication from service is absurd and disappointing.

  Alana Keeling was a wonderful person to work with? She took time out to explain everything to me. She took me through the trailer, explained everything that was in the trailer to me. I had a very good experience with her. A very kind person had a smile on her face. The whole time and was very respectful. Landon Matthew he was a very professional finance person to work with. I made things easy for me to understand And got all the paperwork, right? I would recommend these two people to anybody when they go to camper world. Great people to work with.

  I honestly can't believe this place doesn't offer a six‑star option, they've "EARNED IT". This club treated me exceptionally well during the purchase of my new RV, especially when I came with full cash or half cash down to finance options. Compared to my experience in New Hampshire / Maine, where another location tried to take credit for the hard work these folks put in. The team here not only walked me through every detail of my RV, they also gave me the time and space to learn it at my own pace. I asked a lot of questions, and not once did they show frustration or attitude. They understood my anxiety and PTSD as a disabled veteran, and treated me with patience, respect, and genuine care. To my fellow veterans, and to anyone living with PTSD or anxiety, this is the place to come when you're ready to purchase something that helps you enjoy the world again.   7/27/2026 Met with Jordan today , went to the actual store. Very clean , well organized, really impressed. Between him and Zach C awesome. No pressure, straight answers, straight numbers. Exactly the way it supposed to be. Will recommend them . Like I said clean and very well organized. Got in and out;,easily. I read all the funk camping world /good sam’s is going through, don’t belive all the hype. Good people. I had to update my review. First I want to say Zach C the salesperson is very good. This update does not reflect on him. Texted today on another unit I want to consider. Provide stock number 2560221 Asked for out the door price if I committed TODAY? Zach C on vacation , new sales person helping out . Recieved my trade appraisal from Zach C in writing, let them know, claimed could find it . Gave them what I thought might help . Response back am I paying cash or financing? How much cash am I putting down. Really, I have no clue what the balance of any is!!!!!. So how do I answer these questions, realistically can not. Hear nothing back . I let them know forget it. Will focuse on two other dealers. The salesperson was apologetic, but you know, when you blow it , you blow it. Donot dig the hole deeper. Very poor exsperince, All I wanted was an out the door price if I committed today. So I could decide . Zach C is good and professional,,so this does not reflect against him. Wife and I stopped in the Harrisburg store one Saturday , we were staying in a KOA in Elizabeth town, nice place. Considering downsizing from class c motor home to tow behind. Just me and wife. Then park it at a campground , one year here, next year there. If kids wanted to use , easy. Salesman very freindly , very knowledgeable. Liked a couple of units . My only concern was the back and forth on trade value, frankly the initial offer was really, Well the deal breaker. Yah they stepped up. But already had bad taste . I will give credit where credit is due , Hanover Much better , just lack of good follow-up. First salesperson mark, Zach much better. My point , dealers think we walk in blind, do the research , your trades value and retail. Know that the big discount you’re getting is just the inflated markup . Shop, I did . Hanover is a good store, and Zach is a good person. Good luck , shop wisely.
