No apology, no attempt to transfer the order or get it from another store. No real customer service skills. Now after two days get on my account and the order is still there saying ready for pick up. They never did what they said they were going to do which has me thinking the whole store staff is incompetent. Now I'm wondering if it was an inventory issue or a competency issue. I started going to autozone because advance is trash. Now I have to go to napa because autozone is trash. Nothing but a inconvenience at the end of the day.

We were over 2 hours away from home when we started having trouble with the truck and you took the time to help us. Thomas even let us use some of his tools and came outside multiple times to check on our progress so we could get on the road safely. This AutoZone is the best we have ever been to (and that is including the ones closer to us!). The whole store is so clean and inviting. We would highly recommend coming here for any of your needs!
