I booked an suv from the site and received my confirmation number. Pick up time of 1:30.I got dropped off around 3 due to a schedule conflict and checked in. Took my insurance info, credit card. Everything good…she pointed out my vehicle parked out front. A black expedition platinum. Great. She then went to get the keys, has them in her hand when she tells me that they don’t have any cars to give me. If I would have come at 1:30, I could have had it. They then suggested I get an Uber home which I am doing right now while composing this generous review.

First, I was put in a large sedan then transferred to a smaller car with NO adjustments in price as car promised to me was given to a couple who had walked in and had no reservation. Then agent decided to take a personal phone call instead of doing "walk around". I was told car had a full tank of gas and had to be returned with same. After LESS than 20 miles, car only had 3/4 of a tank. (I never looked at gauge at pick up) The car was dirty inside and had a smoke residue making it hard to see in direct sunlight and at night. Windshield wipers were shot and car had a pull to the left. When I had to stop back and renew my contract, agent did try hard to put me in a different car to try to "make up" for above, but that was too late, damage was already done. I feel the "bait and switch" scheme was pulled by baiting me on a promised larger sized car then switching me to a smaller car, I was lied to about amount of fuel in car, then being treated like a lesser person by being given a car which was not cleaned, serviced or maintained. By the way I was treated, I don't think I will use Enterprise ever again. Profit over customer service?

I was pleased with the sincerity in how business was taken care of. It was a busy place just before noon on a Monday. I saw teamwork and a positive-minded crew working. Impressive!
