We came in for 4 tires and an oil change. We thought we may of needed to get brakes. Dionne let us know we had plenty of life left on our brakes and didn't need to do anything with that. Dionne was attentive, the shop was quick and the overall experience was exactly what we were hoping for.

I stopped in with a flat tire. The team found not 1, but 2 nails in the tire and a puncture. They were very helpful showing me what they were doing and successfully made the repairs instead of trying to sell me new tires.
On top of that, they put the car on the lift and reinstalled the tire for me.
They did the assessment, removal, repair, and reinstallation FOR FREE. Can’t say enough about the team at Mavis, specifically the Managers Jason & Jason along with the Mechanic Frank.

The guys here very may very easily have saved our lives. We were on a long road trip 2 days after we got front brakes done at Firestone and heard a worsening sound/vibration on the road. We were directed to this Mavis and they took us right away and determined that one wheel had lug nuts that had not been tightened and 2 were missing. We could have had a very serious highway accident. They were careful to check all tires and remedy the situation, and sent us on our with a god bless and no charge. We feel very lucky to have found them. Many, many thanks. 🙏
