Dionne was extremely kind and helpful and got me in very quickly when I was on a time crunch and in a bind. She showed me my almost non-existent brake pads when I only came for a tire, and helped me to stay safe and keep my little one safe. I will definitely be coming back to Mavis in Hamburg!

The lady servicing my vehicle was Dionne she was very polite and courteous. I got a set of four tires because I damaged my sidewall at the construction site less than a mile away. I was there before they opened and ordered on. Dionne started to look my order up and had everything that needed to get my jeep in as soon as the doors opened at 8am. They had my tires off and new news on and balanced within 45 minutes. I am very pleased with my service and would definitely use this place again. Second experience with Mavis and both were GREAT!!!!!
