  Went to the Grovecity lot today and left in a brand new Jeep Wrangler our Salesman Troy was so patient and helpful way better experience at this dealership than the Diehl in hermitage and the finance department was great got us a good rate thank you so much Diehl of Grovecity for taking the time to get me in what I wanted

  Easy to deal with witbout being pressured. Our salesman Troy did a great job to buy out our KIA lease and work a great deal on our new Jeep Grand Cherokee L. Couldn't be happier.

  If it had an option for zero stars that’s what I would have chose. I dealt with them in butler salesman was very unprofessional so I walked out and went elsewhere. Family member is dealing with the one in grove city and has had nothing but problems with their vehicle and they claim every time it is taken in that it is fine they don’t know what they are talking about. Do not recommend at all for any of their dealerships.

  This dealer went above and beyond for me! Seriously. Jess and Tony essentially hooked up my whole family with new rides. My dad and stepmom recently had both their cars totaled by a distracted driver and Jess was able to get them into almost BRAND NEW vehicles for a deal they couldn’t refuse! As for myself, I was in the market for a month and a half, and I couldn’t find anything reasonable. That was until I found my 2023 Wrangler Sahara, loaded with features. The only caveat was that it was at one of their dealers in Pittsburgh, and I was closer to Grove City. I was in dire need of a new vehicle and Jess wasn’t sure if she was able to have it transported on Memorial Day for me to purchase… BUT SHE CAME THROUGH and got it there! I was in and out within an hour, leaving with a great rate, great warranty, great coverage, and a great vehicle! All given through AMAZING service by Jess and Tony. Even FILLED my tank for me, which in this economy, is a real treat! All in all, my family and I had an awesome experience with the Diehl folks in Grove City. 100% recommend you to purchase your next ride from here because they WILL come through for you and get you driving in something you love.
