  We had a fantastic experience purchasing our Jeep from Mike Camp at Diehl Dodge in Grove City! Mike was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, and genuinely easy to work with throughout the entire process. He made us feel comfortable from the start, answered all our questions, and never made us feel pressured or rushed. It's refreshing to deal with a salesman who truly makes the experience enjoyable.   Scott was awesome. He found the truck I wanted and brought it to a Diehl Dodge closer to where I live and meant me there twice to complete everything. Highly recommended!

  Edit: We originally went in looking to buy brand new but ended up going with a really nice used car that had all the bells and whistles instead. During the test drive I charged my phone in the car tirelessly. During the time we were signing paperwork the service department had to do a recall update on the unconnect system. Upon leaving a message popped up saying uconnect needed serviced by the dealer and now none of the charging ports work. Google tells me them not working is related to uconnect. I think something may have corrupted during this update. We let them know and my husband spend 7 hours the following Monday at the dealership while they fix it. We work 80-90 hour weeks and both only get Monday off. After those 7 hours we are in the exact same position as before. They tell us they might need to update their equipment to do the work. They would contact uconnect and let us know what needs done. We sent an email Friday asking for any update and haven't heard back. It's now Monday again and still nothing. This is the first time in my life I have been able to afford something nice and I can't even charge my phone in it, something I need almost daily. My husband and I went here looking to buy a new jeep. After test driving one Cody recommended a used one that was a great deal. Cody was great, very personable. It did take 3 hours after choosing our vehicle to get to financing. They only had one woman running her butt off doing financing. She was great and we were told they were currently training a second person to do financing as well. They had a great selection of vehicles to choose from.

  We had an absolutely wonderful experience purchasing a new vehicle from Diehl of Grove City! From start to finish, everyone we worked with was friendly, helpful, professional, and genuinely made us feel like they cared about finding the right vehicle for us — not just making a sale. Oak Moser was our sales manager and Jess Walsh was our consultant, Toni helped with financing - all were so incredible and stayed late on a Friday night to seal the deal. We were trading in our 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander with 147,000 miles, and they gave us a very fair trade-in value. What really stood out was how easy and comfortable they made the entire process, even down to the financing. There was no pressure, no feeling like we were being pushed into something, and everyone was willing to answer our questions and work with us. We would absolutely recommend Diehl of Grove City to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you to the entire team for making what can sometimes be a stressful experience such a positive one!
