  Cody Norwood and John Wiley deserve a raise! These 2 men are the definition of respectful, relatable and easy to work with. I hope the DIEHL family takes the time to read this and can show some appreciation to these great men. After stopping at over 5 dealerships the past few weeks they were able to make a sale happen and outperformed every other competitor I had dealt with. Hands down a great experience.

  This place is UNBELIEVABLE. I called them in February about a recall on my truck and they said they’d contact me when parts came in. A month went by with no call so I reached out to be told the parts were never ordered and would be ordered ASAP, that I’d get a call when they were in. Again about a month later, never received a call so I reached out. They said parts were in, would get me on the loaner list and had 8 people in front of me then they’d get me on the schedule and would reach out when they had a loaner. NOTHING AGAIN. Called, was told I wasn’t on the list and my parts couldn’t be found and had to be reordered. That was 2 months ago. Fast toward to last week, my dad got into a car accident totaling their vehicle. My mom less than a week later wrecked their rental due to a deer. They’ve been working with this place on getting a car this whole week and they sold 3 vehicles out from under my parents after stating they’d hold. They then told my parents on Friday that they’d hold a grand Cherokee for them as long as they had an appointment to do the paper work. My parents made an appointment for today, went in and the vehicle was sold 15 MINUTES BEFORE THEY ARRIVED! Are you kidding me?? Then told my parents “well we can’t really hold vehicles”. Then why’d they tell them they’d hold it with an appointment?? This place is an absolute joke. I’d recommend a scrap yard before I’d ever recommend getting a vehicle serviced or purchased from here. If you want a dodge, go to Greenville or Hermitage. You’d be better off!!
