  Had a good time with the guys out there very curtious and polite. Showing us 3 vehicles we'll it took longer then expected we actually liked all three of them ......... .George was great, he was polite and well mannered. And liked the questions my husband had asked he is a good guy keep him around thanks

  Well, I'll try to keep it short. Found a nearly new BMW on their used car lot. After test driving, sat down with a salemen, "Troy", to reach a price with a Mercedes trade in. I ended up purchasing the car with the trade. Since it's there policy not to accept out of state personal checks (which I understand), they agreed to deliver the car to my residence in Ohio (nearby), at a set time on Monday morning, and I was to get a bank check for payment. (All good). Monday arrives and I have a bank check and clean Mercedes waiting. NO SHOW. I call the dealership and am told that Troy abruptly quit (for whatever reason). So no one picked up the ball, and I'm waiting for a car that was promised at a set time. If I wouldn't have called, who knows how long (days?) before they would have realized this. After voicing my displeasure with this, and making changes to my schedule to accommodate their errors, 4 hours later, a delivery driver arrives with my car without a temp. license plate, and without a full tank of gas which was promised also. I couldn't even drive my new car that day. The driver did return with the plate hours later, and the manager promised to send me a check for the gas. I sent him a receipt for the fill up, and still waiting for the check from them (going on 3 weeks ago). Maybe this was just bad management on there part on this one transaction, but I expected better after purchasing a $50,000 nearly new luxury car.....Hence the 2 stars (I was generous)

  Diehl of Grove City the people there were fantastic from sales to finance couldn't ask for a better group I wanna thank them all for getting me into my truck and took the time to answer any questions I had and were very knowledgeable of there vehicles hands down best experience at a dealership
