This was a complete joke. I brought my car in with the lowest Kelley Blue Book value for the roughest condition the car is worth 3200. I went in and I was offered $100. They were also very condescending about it as well. It's literally a slap in my face. Then made a comment that nobody else will give me more which is hilarious because the junkyard alone would give you $500. I went to leave the car shut off on the way home 6x that has never happened before I took it directly to my mechanic who said that somebody had disconnected something under the hood, which had not been disconnected prior to me bringing the car there, so who knows what happened while they were "inspecting" it. If you don't know what you're doing then don't start disconnecting things. They make it sound as if these are actual trained mechanics looking over these vehicles in reality. All they're doing is going through a checklist on an iPad following the instructions and then going off what the iPad says which means they have no clue what they're talking about. After whatever they had done to my car was fixed I then took it directly to the dealership who looked over the very same car in the very same condition gave me 2500 trade in value 2000 if I wanted cash. So no thanks to them I was able to get myself into a brand new car with no down payment. Thanks to the trade-in value but unless you're going in there with a pristine vehicle, don't expect to get anything for it and if you have a pristine vehicle, don't go there because Carvana as well as several dealerships offer about double what they offer unless you're absolutely desperate, horrible experience. It ran for last 10 years perfectly fine and had a brand new engine. . This person looks over it and then doesn't run anymore and I'm told that one of the cables were disconnected. What does that tell you? The fact that I turned around and brought this to a dealership and was offered what I was offered what does that tell you? I also felt extremely disrespected and appalled by the false advertising. I'm putting in a report with the Better Business Bureau as well. It was not the fact that they didn't buy the car it was the fact that they messed the car up and treated you so disrespectful.
