  I had an oil change from here, months ago. Couple days later we noticed a trail of oil from my car. My husband found that gasket on filter was not on correctly. He took it back in and told them what happened. A manager had called me, told me my next oil change would be free to just tell them when I came in. Now I went last week because I had a free oil change. I got there and they said they couldn't honor it, it came from old manager and I would have to speak to corporate. I said that's fine and got the oil change anyway because I was going on vacation. Sure enough.. oil was coming out of my car.. again. Half of my oil was gone. My husband brought it back and was furious. 2 times now ! They were trying to charge to fix it. They also claimed they did nothing wrong and that the car just has an oil leak which it does not, only had an issue the 2 times i came here with this car. They finally agreed to correct the issue after my husband told them we are not paying and they were fixing it. This is ridiculous..my car could have broken down and there was 0 accountability. This place is a joke and I see by other reviews that this has happened to other people. I don't care if it's a quick oil change, and is convenient, I suggest you go somewhere else.
