  Routine maintenance visit for my K4 went smoothly. Check-in was timely and we reviewed what was to be performed as well as going over estimated cost to make sure that was about what I was expecting. Waiting area is spacious with TV, couch, chairs, tables, and complimentary k-cup coffee, water, and small snacks. Service came with a quick exterior wash at no cost and checkout was easy. Definitely recommend Smail Kia for your auto services.

  A Sincere Thank You to Kia Smail in Greensburg I want to sincerely thank the entire team at Kia Smail in Greensburg for making my vehicle journey such a positive experience. Most importantly, I want to recognize Michael for his genuine kindness, honesty, and professionalism. He took the time to walk me through every detail, answer all of my questions, and make sure I understood the entire process. I never felt pressured or rushed. Having experienced salespeople who were not always sincere, Michael truly stood out. I honestly felt that he cared about finding the right vehicle for me and looking out for my best interest. He treated me almost like I was his own daughter, and that meant more to me than he probably realizes. I also appreciated Michael sharing with me about his mother and how he makes time to visit with her before coming to work. I, too, care for my mother, so I understand what it means to work a full-time position while also maintaining a high level of care for a loved one. That personal connection made our conversation even more meaningful to me. Kia Smail is truly fortunate to have someone like Michael on your team.   Thank you, Smail Kia! RJ was the main person I was in contact with, and he was amazing from start to finish. To give a small backstory, I am from ~300 miles away from PA, but (my dog and) I broke down on the turnpike driving through and my car was towed to this PA location. I got a call immediately the following day confirming my car was safe in their hands. Every day either RJ called me, or I was able to talk to him about any updates with my car. He was polite, professional, and reassuring as I continued calling him to ask many questions about the car. I was never made to feel like I was bothering them, I was only met with kindness and more reassurance. Even after I picked up the car, I received a call from RJ to ensure the car was running smoothly and to let me know I was welcome to reach out with any future questions or concerns. This was a scary situation for me, being ~300 miles away from anyone I knew, and being alone with my dog, RJ made me feel confident knowing my car was going to be fine and I was going to be safe while driving it. Thank you so extremely much to Smail Kia dealership, and especially to RJ for making me feel confident in a scary situation. I appreciate you all so much!
