  Forget the actual vehicles and inventory... the SERVICE DEPARTMENT ALONE is why you should shop here. Today, my son's vehicle suddenly started making this strange sound... scary sound. He took a video, and it was one neither of us had ever heard. His car is only 9 months old, so, I called Smail Honda of Greensburg's Service Department, and Samantha came to our rescue. First, after I explained what was happened, she shared that it could possibly be a stone caught behind a back panel near the rotors. I mentioned I had a video of the sound and she said, while I don't have sound on my computer, what number can I text someone to get it. I used mine, and sent her the sound, and right as she was looking at it, my son called and said it suddenly stopped - and we just got a confirmation from Samantha - the stone was the culprit, and it stopped because it suddenly dropped. She was able to both diagnose and educate us on something we hadn't experienced before, all over the phone. Situation resolved. She is a rockstar - super patient, informative, and stellar at customer service. ALL STARS!!!!

Justin Thompson and Scott Anderson were the deciding factor for us to purchase the 2026 Honda Pilot Black Edition.

  Recurrent spark plug issues with my son’s Honda accord, after paying for a diagnostic and receiving a new spark plug, the symptoms returned, we returned for further testing and told that that the motor was bad, requiring replacement with 94,000 miles to the time of $7,900. Wow…more than a week later, I stopped in for clarification. I didn’t feel comfortable with the analysis. Fluid intrusion in cylinder 3…”did you do a compression test” they said not needed, didn’t want to replace the head gasket they replaced 20,000 miles earlier. Second option from Clarks Motorworks, compression test fine, no sign of fluid intrusion. Cracked turbo and leaking water pump. Less than 1/3 the price and problem solved.
