Zero stars for Smail Ford. It seems that the employees are not able or not willing to explain the charges for a Pennsylvania emissions test. I was advised by Thomas Gustafson (service advisor) that I should contact my state representative for an explanation. I did and was advised by my state representative to contact the Attorney General's office for investigation. Smail Ford charged for an emissions test on a vehicle that is exempt.

I had my first experience with Smail Ford in Greensburg, PA just this week. Already a customer with my credit union and just after suffering a loss with my car in an accident I had currently financed with them, it was a painless and easy transition from the loan I had to opening a new one to buy the vehicle I have been wanting and Smail Ford worked with me on this process with my credit union in the buying process.
