  Bought a beautiful 2017 ford f150 i had to have it and my salesman got it for the right price that I said I needed to be at the service was very good and got treated very professional and truck is doing great so far.Thanks to all who helped me get this truck.

  Very small dealership, but service writer was good. He keep me informed on. Issues… had to walk way ass to the back lot to find my truck while clicking my remote and didn’t have a valet to get it. And was never offered a loaner.

  Very disappointed with Fords recall and that the parts will not be available until November. Yes, I was provided with a new Honda as a loaner, which is very nice.

  Pleasant experience until I went to pick up the vehicle. Shop tried to charge me $1,100 more than agreed upon, with no mention of any price, parts, or labor changes along the way until I went to pick the vehicle up and pay for it. The service rep (who I spoke to on the phone about 10 times throughout the process, with no mention of a price change) admitted that he remembered telling me the original price several times, and did not ever mention an increase to me throughout the process. Then he threatened to remove the parts from my vehicle when I argued the price. Way to de-escalate! Once the price issue was finally settled about an hour later, and I paid and got my vehicle, I found the dashboard was broken on the interior of the vehicle, and as a result the stereo fell out as soon as I accelerated out of the parking spot. I reported this to Smail immediately. They told me they had no reason to be messing with the dashboard, which I find hard to argue with. However the damage did not exist when I dropped the truck off at the shop. The service manager refuses to take responsibility or attempt to rectify the situation in any way, instead he decided to send me instructions on how to properly install a stereo. Not sure if he was trying to be cute or what, but I didn't find it helpful as that doesn't fix the broken part of my dashboard that is causing the problem. The stereo was already installed properly and had no issues staying in until after the vehicle was dropped off at Smail. They turned what would have been a pleasant experience into an awful one on the day of pickup. Would not recommend, unless you enjoy being taken for extra money at the last minute, and dealing with parts that were broken while the vehicle was in Smail's possession, for which they take zero responsibility. I guess they are too big of a dealership to care about their customers' experience.
