Mike remained calm, professional, and extremely helpful, not at all pushy, in regard to a horrific situation i was in with a death trap carvana vehicle. I felt extremely lost and helpless until we talked through my options after carvana would not rectify the situation let alone offer me any type of trade in value. i wasn’t at all in the market for a new vehicle, but Mike made this entire ordeal as painless as possible while also showing empathy for my situation. we have a long, positive history with smail and i wouldn’t recommend shopping anywhere else. i’m extremely happy with my brand new 2026 mazda cx-5! i cannot thank him enough or show enough gratitude for everything he did for me in a time of need. he wasn’t just a salesman, he was an honest, empathetic human who deserves all the praise in the world. again, thank you SO much mike, and smail for being more than just a dealership.
