I am 69 years old been buying vehicles for 50 years and this is probably my best service appointment. A lot because the females you hired were very genuine, compassionate and helpful. Cameron was also amazing. Great experience found the problem had to order the part hopefully it works to fix my solution or problem. I should say, which was loud clunking while driving and was the front air suspension shock absorber needing replaced. Previous Acura dealer in Wexford apparently couldn’t fix this.

Beware of Smail Acura service department. if you’re paying for a tire rotation, they may not rotate them. We just had this happen. My husband returned to the dealership and told them that they did not rotate the tires because he had them marked and the marked tires were in the same spot. So they took the car back into the service department and said they rotated them. My husband checked the tires again and they only rotated one tire and not the other tire that was marked. After talking to the service manager, he deducted the price of the tire rotation and oil change. And gave us a complementary tire rotation oil change for our next visit. But this took about four hours out of my husband‘s time which disrupted his entire day. Thoroughly disappointed in this service department. And they don’t believe you as a customer they have to go back and check their video because they video the work that the service technicians do. I understand that but when my husband‘s telling you, he marked the tires with paint dots, and the tires are still in the same position that should’ve been proof enough.

I made an offer on a vehicle and while it was supposedly pending with the sales manager, they sold the vehicle right out from under me to someone else. Further, I was not contacted that this was the case until days later. That's not how I would expect a customer to be treated and I cannot recommend doing business at this dealership.
