  I would give zero stars if I could. All they did was waste my time and gas just to not replace my windshield over a couple of rust spots above it that were completely solid. Looks to me like they just didn't want to actually work bc there were 4 guys standing there doing absolutely nothing and not one of them actually walked over and inspected my vehicle. They glanced at it and said they weren't doing it

  I rated Safelite a 0 because the service I received was unacceptable. I had a very small chip in my windshield repaired, but the technician appeared to be careless and did not complete the repair properly. After the appointment, there was adhesive/glue left on my windshield, and the chip looked exactly the same as it did before the repair. I later received a text message stating that the service was completed successfully, but there was no visible evidence that any repair had actually been performed. I was left with the same chip, a messy windshield, and no confidence that the work was done correctly. Overall, the quality of the repair and attention to detail were extremely disappointing.

  Great experience from start to finish! Technician called ahead and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I especially liked this because I was at work during my appointment. Highly satisfied would absolutely recommend to anyone needing a windshield repair or replacement!
