Called me 1 hour before I was due to pick up a vehicle and said the manager said that they had no vehicles available as no one dropped any off…Keep in mind I made my reservation 1 week in advance. The manger didn’t even utter ‘I’m sorry’ once on the phone call. I had to cancel my reservation and rearrange my work schedule. I will never use the location again due to the lack of care given from management. They could have called me the day before but no. They chose to do it 1 hour before I was due to pick up.

Started inquiring about a car rental in June for an upcoming trip in September. I needed a 7 passenger vehicle which I was told they have and would not be a problem. Stopped in 1 week prior to our trip just to look at the vehicles I was promised. Two days before our scheduled trip I was told there were no 7 passenger vehicles available and it was doubtful they would be getting any in. Staff was not professional, seemed bothered by my concerns made no effort to right the issue. Seems to be an on going issue with renting 7 passenger SUV’s I was told 2 other customers also had requested to rent premium SUV’s and they had no rental for them. I asked them if I would have arrived to pick up my vehicle would they have been able to provide the service of which I had paperwork for, their response was probably not, plus they didn’t have the courtesy to call me directly I found all this out from a phone call I made to them. Awful experience dealing with this place of business.

I can't speak highly enough of our experience. When me daughter's car broke down on the way to college, we were past the time cut-off for day-of rentals, but the team quickly got us into a rental and back on the road. Then, once we had dropped our daughter off on campus, the Springfield, Ohio, office graciously waived the one-way fee so we didn't have to drive it the whole way back to Pennsylvania. Recommend!
