  We were promised a comparable car to ours but what we got was nothing similar once they have you there , you have to take what they got. Make sure you ask questions before you get your car.

  The car I got (2026 Mazda SUV) smelled and had electronic issues. I smelled something when I first got in, but didn't realize the smell would stay with me after my 4hr ride. As soon as I got inside my daughter's house, my granddaughter said "something stinks" and was holding her nose. My grandson did the same. The whole time I was there, she smelled something - it was the car smell trapped in my clothes, luggage, purse, everything! Also, as I was driving down the highway at 65mph, all of a sudden the gages went haywire (cycling back and forth and the check engine light and airbag lights were on). Everything went back to normal but it was a scary experience. When I told the Rep about this (I should have gotten her name!), she was so empathetic and understanding. She offered me $100 off of the total cost, which was very generous. The reps in the Greensburg location are very professional, courteous and helpful. The stars would have been much lower, but the service I got to rectify everything was worth it. I will continuing coming here!

  Enterprise has made the process of renting a car practically seamless and stress free. Something that I used to dread having to do is now a breeze. I rented a car from the Greensburg location recently and the staff there is great. They are courteous, polite, respectful and most importantly hardworking and efficient. That location gets very busy but the staff doesn’t fall behind, I was impressed at how quickly i was taken care of. I don’t remember their names unfortunately but the two young women that helped me get 5 stars from me for customer service, efficiency, politeness and attitude. 5 stars to the greensburg location as a whole. I will be renting with enterprise 100% in the future.

  I had to have a rental car due to a vehicle accident. This was a very new experience for me and I had a lot of questions. Everyone I came in contact with could not have been more friendly, helpful or patient in answering those questions. Pickup and dropoff were very easy processes. The car itself was also very clean and nice to drive.
