  I would say I would give but smell motor cars a 3.5 star rating on my recent appointment there. My Mercedes SLK 280 convertible roof has not been operating properly. I was given a quote of $280 to fill the reservoir with hydraulic fluid that operates the roof However they discovered that my vehicle is a much harder vehicle to get to the reservoir so that price went up to $677. The guys that I dealt with were all very nice like Mike Griffith and my mechanic named Bill and the service manager Josh . When my vehicle was ready build a mechanic showed me that the roof came off and went back on with the first push of the button however after getting the vehicle home it still does not function properly it will not work on the first depression of the button. It does work better than it was but it’s not working as it should. I told the guys out there that paying all this money and it not functioning properly is sort of like taking your dog to the vet and the dog does not survive but meanwhile you’ve got this huge bill to pay.

  Sales staff know their product and are very helpful in the decision process. Service dept. are on top of maintenance, recalls are repair issues. Management and Finance round out a great experience.

  This is the second Mercedes Benz we have purchased from Smail, and the experience could not be easier or better. After our first GLA was totaled, we looked around at other dealers, but we eventually realized Smail was the way to go. Scott Stinson understood exactly what we were looking for and delivered a real gem. He made sure all of the details were addressed before we came to pick the vehicle up as well. The sales team was understanding with our situation, and after a deposit, they were able to hold the car until we got the insurance money. Very happy and hope to buy our next car here too
