    Great service. I had an unexpected issue with a tire. Troy and Mike, the service reps, set me up with a loaner car and took care of the problem. While in the shop they did my inspection and service. Chris Hall, my salesman followed through with a call and walked me through some Mercedes features I wasn’t taking advantage of. I highly recommend Chris if you’re looking for a new car. He is the BEST! Very satisfied with my experience.

    On Wednesday May 27th, there was an off leash Pitbull in the sales office without supervision. This created a highly intimidating and uncomfortable atmosphere for my wife and me. Given that my wife has a history of being bitten by a similar animal, encountering an aggressive dog in a professional business setting was particularly distressing. Will never come back again. Very unprofessional for a Mercedes Benz dealership.

    Had a Wonderful experience purchasing a 21 GLE 450 Chris in sales was very knowledgeable with the vehicle, very efficient with the online info that I needed to fill out. Joe sales manager did a tremendous job in getting the most for my trade in, and getting me the best possible deal for the new vehicle. Anthony in Finance made the contact paperwork smooth and easy to understand, and explained in very good detail. I highly recommend purchasing a Mercedes from Bud Smail Thank you Gentleman.
