  I stopped in to your Sunday cause my Check engine light came on . The gentleman and lady that helped me were very nice and helpful about my problem. They printed out a report about my problem and suggested what I should do. I would just like to thank them and they didnt charge me anything for that service . So again a big Thank Yoy

  I want to take a moment to recognize and thank Nick and Sheri for going above and beyond to help me a few weeks ago while I was trying to track down an auto part. They were both incredibly patient and spent a lot of time working with me to try and find exactly what I needed. They didn’t rush the process and were genuinely committed to helping, which is something you don’t always see anymore. Their willingness to take the extra time and effort to assist me really stood out. I can’t say enough good things about the level of customer service they provided. Because of their professionalism and kindness, I will absolutely continue to patronize this business. Thank you again, Nick and Sheri, for your outstanding help.

  Stopped by Sunday December 6 around 4;30 to have my battery checked and alternator. The employee came outside, put a monitor in battery and said your battery has very little charge or possibly a bad cell. I knew the battery was low from my dash board! That’s why we stopped there. He proceeded to say he could not check my alternator because the battery was low. Said we either need to buy a new battery or buy a charger!! Barely wanted to speak to us and mumbled. We left and went across the street to Advance auto parts where a very nice young man helped us immediately ! He checked our battery and alternative. The battery was fine and alternator was perfect. He said to drive the car for one hour. The car has been running fine. He explained everything as he checked the car. In summary, we will never go to Auti Zone on E. Pittsburgh st again. Very disappointing
