Went there because the Murrysville store was rude argumentative and unhelpful. So I had bought brake pads/rotors during the sale they had going. Paid for the premium option the employee gave me the grade below but charged my for premium. I only noticed when I got home so I called the store told them do not sell the correct rotors. I get there the Manager checks my receipt then tells me I’m good to go. I ask for a discount to compensate for the extra 20-25 minute drive to go back to the store to fix their mistake. He offered 10% which I happily accepted. He then proceeds to tell me that I would be getting an around 30 dollar refund. So I tap my card then I get on my way home I get a bad feeling I check my receipt and he actually charged me more instead of giving me money back. When I called and asked about it I was met with immediate rudeness as he kept interrupting me. After I finished speaking he asked my if I got pads which yes I did. He then tells me I should’ve told him even thought he looked at my original receipt multiple times. I then asked for a corporate number because I have got nothing but rude service from multiple stores. I left a voicemail 3 days ago and have yet to receive a call back

Not sure what is going on with what I assume was the store manager I think his name is Jim. I've been in your greensburg location several times and by the way I hear him talking to other employees about his managers when they call in no wonder they dont show up for work. This guy is a horrible manager and probably shouldn't be running your store. I am a customer and I was irritated with hearing it I couldn't imagine what the employees felt that have to hear him wine and complain. If he hates his job so much maybe he should not work there. I will not be back

Woman who works here says she can not do engine scan while its raining. However, I went to Jeanette location and Spencer helped me out in the pouring rain. He also told me that they are supplied ponchos and he just replaced someone's battery while it was raining. Not happy with greensburg autozone that lady was being Lazy.

Stopped here with my very young daughter, employees shouting vulgar profanities at each other and complaining about other staff members. Left immediately not coming back.
