The reservation process was easy, pickup and drop-off were smooth, and everything felt hassle-free. They had the exact vehicle we reserved, which made the whole experience even better. We also decided to add their protection plan because it was very reasonably priced and gave us extra peace of mind. Overall, the service was accommodating, efficient, and stress-free. We’ll definitely be using Enterprise again for future rentals!

The location was far away but we needed a car, so we were willing to drive. Halfway there, they called my husband and told him they didn't have a car available. However, we could see online that they had many cars available. After driving quite a ways, and really in need of a rental car, we ended up just going back home. I would not recommend this business.

I had reservations for the chambersburg location but then noticed there was a location less than two miles from me, Greencastle. I called and informed them about my reservations at the chambersburg location and to inquire about moving my reservation. I asked if they had any cars available and the guy on the phone promptly said no. I know the location closes at 5pm and it was 4:27pm, maybe he didn't want to take the time to transfer my reservation. I then went on line to confirm there were no available cars, there were plenty available cars and trucks. I dislike lazy employees.
