  Very much enjoyed the attention to detail and the option to pick a vehicle in the class I was renting. Branch Rental Manager Eric Horn went out of his way to explain everything concisely and ensure that my experience left me with no questions and that I was a welcomed customer.

  A few months ago, I was down on my luck with a very unfortunate situation. Needed a rental due to my car needing to be in the shop for another extended period of time. Eric was super helpful with facilitating my rental agreement, as well as assisting with my pick up and drop off, even though I came both times right at closing time after work!! And even though when I went to refuel across the street, it was refueling at the rate of a gallon an hour!! 😂😂😂 Thank you so much for all of your help and patience — it’s the small gestures like these that make an overall very frustrating situation (having your car aggressively hit by the car of a felon who was trying to evade police on the Cross Bronx Expressway and then the NYPD leaving you to fend for yourself) a LOT easier to process!

  Unprofessional and poor customer service. My husband was treated poorly and the woman was rude. I later learned that someone else I know had the same experience with a woman who also works here.
