  Terry was very professional and took his time to explain the fast process of selling my car. I was in and out of the door, with my check in hand, in less than one hour. The office and shop area are very clean and comfortable. I felt safe and respected. I would recommend We Buy any Car and Terry to anyone.

  I sold my GMC Canyon to We Buy Any Car and worked with Terry at the Shaler office. Before coming here, I visited a few other places where I couldn’t shake the feeling because I’m a woman I was being dismissed and thus assumed I didn’t know what my truck was worth, and the offers reflected that. With Terry, it was the complete opposite. He was respectful, transparent, and treated me like an informed customer. The offer was competitive, the process was smooth, and I left feeling confident instead of second guessing myself. Terry’s professionalism and respect made all the difference. I highly recommend him if you want a straightforward and professional experience.

  Had a wonderful experience with Terry today at the Shaler location. He was early for our appointment and made the transaction easy and fast. He even helped me get my old license plate off because the screws were rusted. Highly recommend!

  Terry was nice to talk with, super easy to work with, and got us in and out quickly with a fair price for our car. It's nice to deal with one friendly person instead of a giant company that is cranking you through. Highly recommended and we will use him again for sure!

  I scheduled an appointment at one of their locations. The appointment was listed as an hour. I will say you need to make sure you have an hour because they do assess the vehicle very thoroughly. The associates were very nice and explained exactly what the process was throughout the inspection. They were very upfront with the inspection results and reviewed them wi the us. At the end of the appointment they were very helpful in signing the paperwork and gave us a check and sent us on our way. All in all, they made the appointment very easy and informative. I would recommend using WeBuyAnyCar to anyone looking to sell or trade their vehicle.
