  I cannot say enough amazing things about Michelle Metzger at Renn Kirby! From beginning to end, Michelle went above and beyond for both my mom and me. She wasn’t just trying to sell us vehicles—she genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of, and that meant more to us than she probably realizes. Michelle was patient, professional, knowledgeable, encouraging, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took what could have been a stressful situation for my mom and me and turned it into such a positive experience. She listened to what we needed, worked hard on our behalf, and made sure both of us were able to get into the vehicles we needed. What stood out the most was the personal touch. You know when someone is simply doing their job, and you know when someone genuinely cares—Michelle genuinely cares. She treated my mom and me like family, not just customers. She made sure my mom was comfortable and taken care of, while also making sure I had everything I needed. That type of kindness and dedication is something we will never forget.   Granddaughter purchased her very own first car to be used to commute to and from North Carolina Colledge. Driving the SUV 8 miles engine light came on and problems just keep coming. SUV was not road worthy costing so much money to repair and not able to drive for safety reasons. Why, why sell a car with problems at a dealership. Thats why we didnt go to buy here, pay here places. Thought a dealership like Renn Kirby woundnt sell a car that was unroadworthy. Wow. What a disappointing first car buying experience for her.

  Car buying process was great! I was shown everything about my car, was told that there were no problems at all with the vehicle. Sold me a jeep cherokee. When I got home from the dealer, 15 minutes away, my engine light came on as soon as I pulled in the driveway. The next morning, I had my car scanned for the code, was told that I had a cylinder misfire, fuel injectors were not working properly, and upon further inspection the oil cooler was leaking, a hefty $3,000 bill. I called Renn Kirby, given that these issue would have been there when they owned the car because I had owned it for 12 hours at the time I called them. I was told there was nothing they can do because it bought the car “as is.” The car I bought “as is” had no problems like I was told. Disappointing to have a dealership not be transparent about what was actually being purchased. Also in their documents it states that they drove the vehicle 500 miles while owning it. These issues should have been resolved before it ever was put on the lot by Renn Kirby.

  It was easy to make my appointment. My Corvette was taken into service at the scheduled time. The service was completed timely and properly. My Corvette was returned to me in perfect condition. Thank You Renn Kirby.

  Poor service. Took my Equinox to the dealership for it was running erratic and stalling. It was brought in the 24th of July. I picked the car up on the 25th told it was fixed. Drove it home. The 26th went to start it, same issue stalling. Called dealership. Was told to tow it in @ $150..needless it wasn't fixed. Asked for a manager got voicemail. Took my car to Buchanan Chevrolet in Waynesboro. They found wiring harness rubbed through by the axle took them 15 minutes to find. They fixed it. They also said the rear main seal was bad. Very expensive repair. This isn't the first issue with this car, I bought it at Renn Kirby. We bought it in the summer and winter it had no heat. Blend door broke and leaking heater core which they would not cover. This vehicle brings Veterans and cancer patients to the doctors for free. It was also eating oil when we bought it...which it was brought to Buchanan and they did an oil consumption test. It ate 3 quarts of oil in 500 miles. They replaced pistons and rings for free. This past repair, they did the rear main seal for our Veterans..for free! And I did not even buy the car there. That is a dealership that cares for our Veterans, Buchanan went far and beyond.
