  We had a great experience buying a car from Mercedes-Benz in Fort Washington! Our sales advisor Ryan and Mr. Alex the sale manager made the purchase smooth and fast, accommodating all our requests and giving much needed advice. We stopped by to look and went home with a brand new Mercedes-Benz that has been the best investment we ever made in a car. The staff made the purchase a great experience and they have our gratitude and recommendation!

  We have purchased vehicles from this William M. multiple times, and every experience has been excellent. He consistently followed up with us before our lease ended, making the process stress-free and helping us plan ahead. He took the time to walk us through every step of the process, answered all of our questions, and showed us several vehicles to make sure we found the right fit. His professionalism, knowledge, and friendly approach made the entire car-buying experience easy and enjoyable. We truly appreciate his outstanding customer service and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience. We look forward to working with him again in the future! This dealership is also special. We have visit others such as Mercedes Bridgewater and does not compare to the level of professionalism we have received.

  The team at Mercedes Benz Fort Washington was amazing. Clint was patient in finding a vehicle that fit my needs and price range. This is my third vehicle purchase with Clint.Clint’s attention to detail ensured that all of the paperwork was prepared well in advance of my final appointment. Other team members who were helpful include Tiffany, Finance Manager and Taylor, Product Specialist. Tiffany walked me through the financing options and allowed for me to make confident decisions based on my needs. Taylor did an exceptional job of showcasing my vehicle and helping set up all of my preferences. This was my first SUV and she made sure to send me home in confidence.   After dealing with a few other dealerships, I can honestly say Mercedes-Benz of Fort Washington was in a completely different league. I drove a long distance to buy my car, and they made it worth the trip. David, my salesperson, was straightforward, responsive, and never played games. Since he knew I was coming from far away, he had everything prepared before I arrived, which made the process incredibly quick and stress-free. Joshua in finance was just as professional—he explained everything clearly, never pressured me, and the paperwork was handled efficiently. What impressed me the most was that they actually honored their word and even came in below the original out-the-door price we had agreed on. That’s something you don’t see often when buying a car. The entire experience was smooth, transparent, and respectful of my time. I drove home in an amazing car and couldn’t be happier with both the vehicle and the way I was treated. If you’re shopping for a Vehicle , I highly recommend asking for David as your salesperson and Joshua in finance. They made the entire process easy and genuinely exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be back for my next vehicle.

  This has been my third experience with Mercedes of fort Washington. I found out my original sales person retired when the message I sent him was returned by Karissa, who immediately offered to help me find what I was looking for. I had been in a 2021 GLC300 for the last five years and their summer lease options made me think it might be time to look into upgrading to a 26. Karissa immediately found exactly what I was looking for but that car ended up getting sold over the weekend while I was trying to make a decision. When Karissa told me the car was no longer available she had another (better) option all lined up, just needing to be delivered to the dealership. All of this happened over email, which made it all super convenient and at the end of the month, which is an incredibly busy time. When I came in to the leasing office to sign paperwork I was immediately put at ease by Karissa, who explained things every step of the way. It took barely any time to complete things and I was on my way in a massively upgraded version of a car I have loved driving for the last five years. The deal Karissa lined up for me was incredible, and I am excited to work with her again in a few years when my current lease is up. If you are looking for a Mercedes I can not recommend Karissa enough. A 10/10 experience.
