  Brian Dick was superb in all ways. From our first visit, to learning about your various car options, to the ordering of what we selected to its final delivery. He kept me fully in the loop with updates and helpful information. Further he was patient and very informative about the cars ultimate many elements and features. I am not very tech savvy and the 2027 CLE300 has countless ways to engage its myriad of features. Brian was patient, totally professional and great! Bravo to Brian and his colleague Joshua!

  I had such a great experience at Mercedes-Benz of Fort Washington with Matthew Reimel! I originally came in after work just planning to test drive a few cars and get a feel for my options, and somehow I ended up walking out with my very first Benz! Matthew made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. What I appreciated most was how genuine he was throughout the process. I never felt like he was just trying to sell me the most expensive car or push me into something that wasn’t right for me. He actually listened to what I wanted, worked with me, explained my options, and helped me find something that made sense for me. Buying my first Mercedes was a big moment, and I’m glad I had someone who made the experience exciting instead of overwhelming. If you’re going to Mercedes-Benz of Fort Washington, definitely ask for Matthew Reimel. 10/10 experience!

From the beginning of my car-buying process to the very end, my salesperson, Clint Abney, was patient, attentive, professional, and truly committed to helping me. Clint paid close attention to every detail and remained supportive as I worked through some financing challenges. He never made me feel uncomfortable, pressured, or discouraged. Instead, he stayed focused on finding the best possible outcome for me—and he certainly delivered! I drove away in a beautiful Mercedes-Benz GLB that I absolutely love. I also want to acknowledge Tiffany Hall, who was equally amazing!   We recenly bought a Certified Mercedes GLB 250 for our business from Mr. Kevin Lee, the sales manager at Mercedes-Benz of Fort Washington, and couldn't be happier! Kevin has such a great personality — friendly, patient, and never once made me feel pressured. He really knew the vehicle inside and out and took the time to answer all my questions, especially about using it for business. What stood out most was his business ethics. Kevin was completely transparent throughout the entire process — no pressure tactics, no hidden fees, no surprises. He laid everything out clearly and let me make the decision that was right for me and my business. That kind of honesty is hard to find, and it made the whole transaction feel comfortable and trustworthy. Another thing worth mentioning was how honest and straightforward he was the whole way through — no games, no hidden surprises, just a genuinely good buying experience.   My husband and I had such a great experience at Mercedes-Benz of Fort Washington! We walked in Friday night just before closing to see what inventory they had. This wasn’t our first Mercedes—we were ready for an upgrade, but not in a rush. We worked with John Siscly, and I’m not exaggerating: within about 5 minutes he had found the exact car we were looking for and got us an unbeatable price along with Alex Frank! He then took care of the paperwork and had us on our way all before closing, which we really appreciated. The next day, we returned to pick up the car from detailing, and Taylor Edelson was wonderful—she made sure we understood the Mercedes app and went over all the car features clearly. Overall, we were truly impressed with Mercedes-Benz of Fort Washington. We had such a positive experience and even walked out with a cute AMG gift from John! My husband and I will definitely be back in the future :)
