I dropped my car off at 8:00 a.m last Thursday, because I was told a brake check would only take about 20 minutes. Instead, I spent most of the day trying to get updates because my vehicle hadn’t even been looked at. At 4:51 p.m., I received a text saying my car was ready, but when I arrived, neither my paperwork nor my vehicle was actually ready, and I waited another 30-40 minutes. No one acknowledged the delays or apologized. Today, I received a response from the service manager, but it mainly summarized the same issues I had already reported and thanked me for my feedback. Unfortunately, it didn’t offer any resolution or explain how the dealership would make things right. On top of that, I later noticed my BMW app still shows my brake fluid service as due by October 2026, even though I was told the brake fluid had been replaced during my visit. Either the service indicator wasn’t reset or the service wasn’t completed as expected. Now I’m left wondering if I have to make another trip back to the dealership to have this corrected. I’ve generally had good experiences with this dealership in the past, which is why this visit was so disappointing. I hope they improve their communication and follow-through so other customers don’t have the same experience.

I brought my 2024 BMW X6 in after hearing a loud pop while driving on a smooth road. Immediately afterward, I discovered a crack in the dashboard near the windshield. The vehicle had not been in an accident, and I wasn't aware of any impact. The dealership inspected it and denied the warranty claim, stating it was caused by an "outside environment," but no one showed me the alleged damage or clearly explained how they reached that conclusion. As a customer, I expected more transparency and a thorough explanation, especially on a vehicle this new. Instead, I left feeling dismissed and disappointed. I hope the dealership improves its communication and customer service when handling warranty concerns.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding customer service I recently received from BMW of Fort Washington. When an issue came up with my vehicle nearly a year after purchase, the team took the time to thoroughly investigate it instead of simply dismissing it. They kept me informed throughout the process, arranged pickup and delivery with a loaner vehicle, and ultimately stood behind their product by taking care of the repair. A special thank you to Frank Menna, Nevin Horst, June Li, Jeremy Golis, and everyone else involved. Your professionalism, communication, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction truly exceeded my expectations. It’s easy to provide great service on the day of the sale. What impressed me most was the support I received long after the purchase. Thank you again to the entire team!

I recently purchased a used 2019 BMW 330i xDrive with about 70,000 miles from BMW of Fort Washington. Temur was professional, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. He answered all of my questions, was transparent throughout the process, and the dealership addressed the items we discussed before I took delivery. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable buying experience, and I would definitely recommend Temur and BMW of Fort Washington to anyone looking for a quality pre-owned BMW.

THIS REVIEW is to share a highly deceptive sales practice I encountered at BMW of Fort Washington. As a loyal, returning BMW customer, I am appalled by the lack of transparency, manipulation of financial documentation, and ethical breaches committed by the management team during a recent vehicle negotiation. On 7/8/2026, I was negotiating the purchase price of a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) BMW. To justify their selling price and pressure me into raising my offer, the Used Car Sales Manager provided his salesperson with an 8-page itemized expense report detailing thousands of dollars in reconditioning costs allegedly incurred by the dealership. Upon reviewing the line items, I discovered that approximately 50% of the total presented expenses consisted of parts and labor explicitly tied to a Safety Recall. As a knowledgeable consumer, I called out the fact that all safety recall expenses are reimbursed 100% back to the dealership by BMW of North America, meaning the dealership suffered zero out-of-pocket losses for those items. When confronted with this fact, the Used Car Sales Manager explicitly stated to me: “You are absolutely correct. In fact, you are the first one in my car-selling career who had called out that Recall Expenses are reimbursed 100% back to the dealership from the Manufacturer.” Despite explicitly admitting to using manufacturer-reimbursed costs to artificially inflate vehicle expenses and mislead me into offering more money, the Manager refused to make proper restitution or adjust the price transparently. He attempted to deflect blame onto his staff for printing the total sheet, yet refused a meaningful price correction, stating he valued his job too much to discount the vehicle further. He ultimately offered an insulting $250 token discount, which I rejected. I chose to walk out of the dealership. While I feel terrible for the salesperson who lost a well-deserved commission due to her manager's actions, I refuse to support a dealership that relies on the systemic misrepresentation of CPO reconditioning costs to deceive buyers. This practice severely damages the integrity of the BMW Certified Pre-Owned program and the brand's reputation. I will formally file a complaint with BMW of North America to investigate the billing and negotiation practices at BMW of Fort Washington. I trust that corporate compliance takes the fraudulent presentation of manufacturer-reimbursed safety recalls seriously.
