  Dan was great to work with helping us purchase a used car. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and met us where we are-never felt pressured but always welcome to ask questions and get just what we wanted. The vehicle was delivered in great condition and no hidden fees on the purchase.

  After a stressful situation where my original BMW build came in wrong, Jeremy and Phil completely turned the experience around. Instead of just telling me “that’s how it is,” they went above and beyond to track down an even better vehicle for me that was incoming from California — with the features I really wanted. Jeremy, the manager, was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the process and truly worked to make things right. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and their experience. Phil in sales was easy to work with every step of the way, even while we were navigating the whole build issue. In the end, I got an amazing BMW that I absolutely love, and I really appreciate the effort they both put in to make it happen. Great customer service, follow-through, and professionalism all around. Highly recommend working with Jeremy and Phil if you’re looking for a BMW.

  After a few months, of needing a simple repair, I spoke with the customer manager and he was extremely helpful. He is was understanding and supportive. The staff at the Fort Washington service department was exceptional. They even made sure my yearly state inspection was done. I would definitely recommend this dealership and service team. Ben is hilarious!

  Dan McCloy made the purchase process very smooth. We traveled from Pittsburgh to pickup the car. My wife is an RN and works night shift so we had to be in and out of the dealership. Dan took care of everything so all we had to do was sign some paperwork and we were done. It was under an hour as promised. Bill Kamberogiannis in finance was also great to deal with. He answered all of our questions on the available products and was not pushy like some finance managers we've dealt with in the past. Once the paperwork was finished Dan got us setup in our new X3 and took the time to show us the extensive features and to make sure we were comfortable with all the operations of the vehicle. Overall this was the easiest car purchase I ever made. Dan responded promptly and answered all my questions. I will definitely go back to Dan McCloy and BMW of Fort Washington.

  Nico Leung was very helpful throughout the whole process. He was quick to respond when we needed him and found us the best deal while we were shopping for a new car. We were initially referred to him by our friend since this is our first time and they had a very positive experience with him. We also had a wonderful experience with him and he showed us everything about the x1 and the x3. We ultimately landed up on the x3 and are very thankful for his recommendations and support.
