"We don't have it", direct words from the associate. Okay.... That part is not my issue, though that sucked. It wasted a lot of my time (both ordering, waiting for it to be ready and never getting notified, then just going because it said it would be ready in 30 minutes and then waiting about 15 minutes for the associate to fumble through boxes..), my issue is... the vibe in the place. The attitude from the associate. I'm a firm believer in culture and it starts from the top. Either the manager isn't able to lead properly, the manager isn't recognizing the issue or the level(s) above the manager isn't. The associate was completely miserable and should not be dealing with people. There's a store literally the next block over that I'll be ordering from and going to, in hopes that they have better attitudes and service. Just because you hate your job and being in that place, don't make everyone that walks in and you deal with feel it. Go work at TSA- you'll fit right in. Shame, as I specifically ordered from them instead of Amazon to support local business.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward.
