  All the staff was reassuring and checked so many things I would have never thought needed checked. The manager Corey was so polite and professional I will return just for that reason!! He is a gem! All the staff super professional!

  Feasterville/Trevose location A+ Experience yet again! This is our go to for all our oil changes & more! The main reason is thanks to Corey for truly going out of his was to make our visit an excellent one! He is top notch & much appreciated! Big thanks to Corey & his team!   The heavy-set, bald employee with glasses and a beard was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. If he’s having personal issues, customers shouldn’t have to deal with his attitude. Please teach him some basic manners and customer service. I’m leaving this low rating because of this employee alone. I’ve been coming here for a long time, even though it’s not close to where I live, because I was always satisfied with the service and never had any unpleasant experiences. After today’s visit, I have completely lost the desire to service my car here again Update. 24 July: I have no interest in discussing this any further. Instead of asking customers to contact you after situations like this, spend that time training your employees. If customer experience and quality service were truly a priority, this would never have happened in the first place. You would hire people who know how to behave professionally and treat customers with respect. During my visit, I even spoke to another employee and asked why this behavior was being tolerated. He claimed he didn’t know what the problem was, even though everyone standing nearby witnessed the entire incident. No one stepped in, no one addressed the situation, and the employee never came over to apologize. Instead, he avoided eye contact for the rest of my visit. Then, as I was leaving, he acted as if nothing had happened and wished me a nice day. It also appeared to me that this employee was the manager of this location, as several employees came to him with questions throughout my visit. If that’s true, it only confirms that there is no point in spending my time discussing this with your company. Leadership sets the standard. If this is the type of person you choose to lead your team, I have no reason to believe any conversation with your company would accomplish anything. Perhaps I was simply lucky during my previous visits and had never seen this side of your business before. Despite your prices being higher than many competitors, I continued coming here for well over a year because I had always been satisfied with the service. In all that time, there is only one employee I would specifically like to recognize: a petite blonde young woman who serviced my vehicle on one occasion. She was respectful, professional, and an excellent example of what customer service should look like. She represents the standards your company claims to uphold. Unfortunately, my experience with the heavy-set, bald employee with glasses and a beard was the complete opposite. If he is indeed the manager of this location, then based on my experience, he is not suited for a customer-facing leadership role. I left this review simply to document what happened and to make you aware of it. I have no interest in emailing you, continuing this discussion, or ever returning to your business. There is nothing more to discuss, and there is no need to respond further.
