  I recently stopped into the store located in feasterville to purchase a light bulb for my vehicle and I was greeted immediately upon entering the store by a gentleman named Herman who was extremely helpful . He looked up my vehicle and even asked if I needed the bulb installed. I let him know that my boyfriend was going to install it for me but it was nice that he asked. He then recommended bulb grease for my light bulb which I didnt even know was a thing. He was so kind and helpful! Will definitely be coming back into this location if I need another part for my car!!

  Would not recommend. Bought valvoline motor oil to change oil in my truck and when I went to put it in my truck here it was used. It was used oil in.a new jug that I had purchased. So I took back to the store and they would not return it. So whoever did return it got away with it Or is it someone working in your store ripping people off. Because if they gave me a hard time and would not return it how would another person be able to. Well whatever the case might be I would never recommend going here because you might be the next one that gets ripped off. Feasterville, PA Auto Zone at 248 East Street Rd.

  Black guy behind counter needs attitude adjustment. He was muttering curse words under his breath because another customer couldn't locate an item that was confirmed via phone call was in stock at this location. It doesn't matter what industry you're in, you should be willing to help everyone. Not the first encounter with this guy either.
