⭐ Disappointing Customer Service Experience I had a very disappointing experience at this AutoZone location. I went there to purchase and replace my car battery. The employee at the front desk was rude and did not seem interested in providing good customer service. Before I purchased the battery, no one took the time to look at my vehicle or check whether they would be able to install it. After I completed the purchase, the employee noticed some battery fluid/residue on top of the old battery and then told me he would not install the new one. I understand if AutoZone has safety policies that prevent employees from installing a battery under certain conditions. However, this should have been checked and clearly communicated before I made the purchase, not afterward. The biggest issue was the way the situation was handled. Customers deserve respectful communication and clear information before making a purchase. I hope this location improves its customer service and provides better training to its front-desk staff in the future.

Came in to get a quick OBD diagnostic scan on a car I was looking to buy. The employee in the grey shirt immediately started arguing with me, refusing to hand over the scanner and insisting a check engine light needed to be on just to run a check. After unnecessary back-and-forth, he finally handed it over. When I brought the scanner back inside to be plugged into the store computer—per standard procedure—he refused to even plug it in, claiming "it’s not gonna show me anything." Thankfully, a team member in a red shirt stepped in, took the device, and plugged it into the system despite the grey-shirt employee trying to convince them not to. Sure enough, the results printed right out. Unprofessional, lazy, and argumentative customer service from the grey-shirt worker. Shoutout to the red-shirt employee for actually doing their job and helping out.
