- DIDilshod IskandarovMay 8, 20261.0I am renting a car from them. It has an unpleasant smell. It has been a week. I called them twice and asked to switch the car because it has an unpleasant smell and they wouldn’t pick up. When I accelerate the car over 30 mph it drives to the right. I always drive with my children and it is unsafe. When I called the third time from a different number, they said they didn’t have any big cars left to rent, but when I passed by them they had 2 big cars in their property. Their service is unprofessional.

They work under pressure. Always shorts stuff. Dirty cars . First they try to give me a jeep when I told them I need a car good on gas .then almost got me a Mercedes saying is 31mpg . I had to leave to get to work on time because we didn’t agree on the numbers and it was taking too long. I’m glad I left I did not rent a car from enterprise since my last incident at the branch at willow grove 2 years ago . I don’t think I will any time soon .

- R1randomox 127Feb 21, 20262.0I had the car 3 hours due to the dealership giving the incorrect amount of days needed. They said 3 days, job was done in a few hours. Didn't even need a rental. Anyway, I was still charged for tax for the day and they tried to tell me I drove 13 miles. The kid was nice but I did NOT drive 13 miles, maybe 3 miles at most. I took the car home. I live half a mile away and the car sat for the 3 hours I had it. They wanted to charge me had as well but the kid waived that.
