  I highly recommend this shop. The estimator saw things I didn't catch, the office staff was wonderful, the frequent updates were helpful, the quality of work was flawless, and it was finished exactly when promised!

  The staff at Bonnell’s Does fantastic work. They keep you informed daily on the progress of your vehicle, and they go out of their way to make things very easy for the customer.

  I normally try to be understanding when delays happen, but this experience has been extremely frustrating. My vehicle has been waiting on a headlight repair for over two months. On June 5th, I was turned away because the wrong headlight assembly had been ordered, causing yet another delay. What has been most disappointing is the lack of communication. Multiple times I’ve been told someone would call me back with an update, and those calls never came. I’ve had to repeatedly contact the shop myself just to find out the status of my repair, only to be told again that someone will call me back. In addition to the delays, not all of the previous repair work appears to have been completed properly. Since getting my vehicle back, my hood no longer sits flush and pops up slightly, which was not an issue before. The headlight assembly has a bigger space on the repaired side. I understand that parts delays and mistakes can happen, but customers deserve communication, accountability, and quality workmanship. After more than two months, I am still waiting for this issue to be resolved and have yet to receive consistent updates without having to chase them down myself. I wish I would have gone somewhere else if I knew this was going to happen.

  I had a really difficult time with my experience here recently. Communication was severely lacking throughout the process, and I felt like I was kept in the dark about what was actually happening with my repairs. The final result was not what I expected at all, and it felt like a massive waste of time and money to deal with the ongoing issues.
