  I would not under any circumstance recommend using safelite. I used them in Feb of 2026 to replace my rear windshield. Safelite came out and replaced my windshield I paid almost $600. On approximately August 8/26/26 my windshild spontaneously burst for no reason. I figured it must have been defective or had a stress fracture since it was only 6 months old. I contacted Safelight that night and they sent someone out the next day under their warranty service. The the guy sai d they wouldn't cover it because how do they know someone didn't just throw a brick through it. Basically they put me in the position to prove their windhild was defective which obviously I couldn't do and they said they never heard of a windshield bursting spontaneously for no reason. I said i find that hard to believe because i can go online and google it and videos will pop up of it happening. Bottom line their warrant is woth anything because they can just say it wasn't their fault and then they won't do anyhting. I fould another place sand this time got it done for $400.

  Every experience I have had has been great. The technician informed me of the problems he found with an installation prior to my owning the truck. Caused him problems during installations. They have accommodated the schedule changes when needed. The call center was very helpful once I got to a person. The system did hang up on me when I first called to try and talk to someone. Great to have coffee and and a stand to work on while waiting.

  Had a great experience with Safelite! A rock hit my windshield and left a pretty bad crack, so I scheduled a replacement along with new wipers. They came right to my home, which made the whole process super easy and convenient. The technician was friendly, professional, and got everything taken care of quickly. My new windshield and wipers look great! Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend Safelite! 😊

  The service was fine but Safelite give you no way to directly contact a corporate office or any location by phone. Everything must be done online or through an app. You can't ask a question about the service, get info about the hours of operation, or call the shop directly for any reason. Once you go there, they will give you the number to call direct, but that's the only way to get it. Seems like they did fine as far as replacing the glass, although the cost for this has gotten to be outrageous. $1,660 for a windshield? Crazy. Next time I will work with a company that I can speak to.
