Today I brought my Nissan here for a simple oil change. Before the visit, there were no warning lights or issues with the vehicle at all. After the service, they returned my car with the Check Engine light on. When I asked what happened and requested that they fix the issue, I was told I would need to pay over $100 just for them to connect a scanner and check the code. That is completely unacceptable considering the Check Engine light was not on before they worked on the car. They keep saying, “We only changed the oil and filter,” but the fact is simple: I brought in a properly working vehicle and got it back with a warning light on. Instead of helping a long-time customer and resolving the issue professionally, they tried to charge extra money for clearing an inactive error code — something that does not require any parts or materials. This experience makes it seem either like they are trying to upsell unnecessary services or the staff is simply not competent enough to handle basic customer service situations properly. I have been servicing my vehicle here for years, but after this experience I will never come back. They lost a loyal customer and showed the true quality of their service.

Recently I found myself in the need of buying a car. I stopped at Peruzzi Nissan in Fairless Hills, where I was greeted with a smile by Brian Gallagher. As he introduced himself, his questions were geared to my specific needs gathering the information needed to help me purchase the right car. As we discussed price and financing he respected what I was comfortable with and looked for options that were in my range. I began to relax, Brian was not that pushy salesman just out to sell a car. We discussed a several options including New, Lease or Pre Owned. He showed me several cars on the lot and was very familiar with them discussing the pros and cons of each vehicle, even taking a few for a test drive. Brian was honest and upfront with his answers. I left driving home with a Pre-Owned 2023 Nissan Rogue. Thank you Brian for taking the stress out of buying a car.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I was disappointed by the lack of transparency and communication from this dealership. During the sales process, certain benefits and terms were discussed that influenced my decision to move forward with purchasing my vehicle. While those terms may technically have been included in the paperwork, important limitations and timeframes were not clearly explained upfront in a way that was transparent or emphasized. The issue is not policies existing — it’s the way information was communicated during the buying process versus afterward. As a customer making a major financial decision, I should not have to discover key details later on that significantly affect the value of what was presented to me at the time of purchase.

From Nicole, to Mark, to Jeff L. — my experience was great. Nicole and Mark took the time to text with me before my appointment and answered all of my questions upfront, which made me feel comfortable coming in. Everyone was low pressure and easy to work with. Jeff was down to earth, realistic, and never tried to sell me things I didn’t need or that didn’t fit my budget. They made what is usually a stressful process feel easy.

One of THE WORST customer service experiences I’ve experienced in a long time! Very unfriendly, cold and unwelcoming people in the service area especially the manager Josh. The area is predominantly white so I’m not sure if that played a part but the vibes were definitely giving that. I have a car that Nissan doesn’t make anymore so it seemed like they did NOT want to help In any shape or form but I chalked it up to maybe they don’t know much about the car and were trying to get me out of there fast instead of answering the questions that I did have. I kept asking if there is anything they can do about a persisting beeping sound after I payed $200 for a diagnostic and they said they would have to charge me again to look at it. Most of the questions I had for them, they kept giving the same answer which would result to me paying 10-12k. Literally when I got home and did a little digging of my own, I fixed the problem In a matter of minutes. They clearly did not want to help me, they were looking at me as if I had antlers on my head. I’ve never felt this uncomfortable and unwanted in a space before. Shame on all of you for making that my experience. I would suggest if you happen to be black go elsewhere.
