  I bought a Pathfinder 2025 here last year, brought it in for inspection and it failed due to rear brake pads being worn and they quoted me 385 to replace. The vehicle only has 19500 miles and evidently this is a common issues on this model. Wish they would have let me know when I was purchasing it since there are ways you can help prevent and it’s a common documented issue that others have faced. Recommendations are to replace with ceramic brake pads which they are not allowed to do. Meanwhile another service provider is saying I need to replace the rotors at an additional $300 cost.

  Very nice , but did not appreciate the manipulation about making me think I needed new break pads soon on the back breaks when I just had them done in October 2025. I looked my self when I had them rechecked today somewhere and they’re very well at a 6 and a half not a 4. I do suggest not trying to take advantage of the fact that because I am a woman I would be easy to “get over on”. Not just bc of my gender but also with what I have going on in my life and being disabled and only have one source of income. It’s wrong.

  I had multiple things performed including brake flush and brake work done also diagnosing the problem with my air conditioner heating blend door, and transfer case fluid replace. I'm a fanatic with my interior which was spotless when dropped off I'm hoping the stuff that was on my floor was from underneath of the dashboard and not the mechanic having lunch in my vehicle leaving taco shell debris and a drink straw on the floor second there was brake fluid on top of my brand new battery and brake fluid all over the top and running down my brake reservoir you can see the pictures as posted, also an exceptionally strong smell of burning oil on the ride home from the dealer I assume it's due to the location of the transfer case I'm sure some oil got on the exhaust somehow, all in all I just like to keep my as clean as possible,the service manager went well out of his way to help me with my car warranty calling them numerous times and being on hold hours at a time it was the best service manager I ever dealt with ever!

  I needed to find a car before 8/17 and I’m so glad that I was able to find Peruzzi Nissan. Their advertising online is honest and true, the customer service is amazing and they really work with you. My rep was Ruhan and he was a breathe of fresh air. Very honest and informative when telling home what you’re looking for. As a customer who cares about the numbers and how much I’m spending, I truly recommend working with him and Matt as they do a great job of meeting you where you at for your rates. This isn’t the care I got but it’s the reason I came back. Great test drive and up keep and then I came back and got a better option lol I’ll definitely be back for my next upgrade. When you come to check them out tell them missmosstheboss sent you.

  I had a very positive experience at Peruzzi Nissan today. The battery on my Sentra was consistently unable to keep a charge for the last couple of months. I was jumping my car every other week. I finally decided to stop accepting jump-starting my battery as normal and find out the cause. I scheduled a diagnostic, which undoubtedly left me extremely nervous given the dealership stigma. Josh was very professional and comforting. He assured me that they pride themselves on delivering great customer service, given my hesitancy. He updated me as the tech provided feedback and ultimately the outcome was very minor in comparison to what my mind was thinking, as I waited for the status call. I took the feedback and will implement the recommendation. Justin was also very professional and friendly as I checked out.
