I’ve purchased two cars from this Mazda dealership, and every experience has been great. The customer service has always been excellent, and the staff consistently made me feel like a valued customer. This time, Nick Muro was especially helpful throughout the process and made everything smooth, professional, and stress-free. I truly appreciate the honesty, support, and dedication to customer satisfaction from the entire team. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Great experience! I went in with a payment in mind, they found me the best rate ,traded my car with no issue, told me exactly what I needed to put down to stay in my payment range. Help me find a warranty that made sense. Super friendly and professional salesman and finance manager. They were not pushing or hassling. Truly was a great experience!

Garbage human beings. Truly. Sold me a car full of LIES. For WAY more than I needed to pay, but I needed a car for the semester. Congrats, you ripped off a little girl nursing student with no dad. Apparently it was in an unreported accident and it was covered up. Whatever. Dropped my first thousand on repairs and now I have to take it to a body shop because things literally are not in the place they go. Like, really? And I already overpaid? Do not buy a car from these people, or Adam. Just don’t. Go somewhere else. Edit: THE REPLY IS A LIE. I PAID $5,700. THEY LIED AND WROTE $4,000. For this reason, I will not bother to say anything else! Speaks for itself.

We were delighted with the sales experience resulting in our purchase of a new CX-50 hybrid from Adam Schemmer. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the vehicle and did not rush/pressure us to move forward quickly. I can't recommend him highly enough if you are looking for a new Mazda! Additionally, the CX-50 hybrid is exceptional. The interior quality is far superior to the 2022 Rav4 we owned previously. To purchase a similarly equipped 2026 Rav4 would have cost almost $10K more. The Mazda drives so much better!

EDITED: So back in July of 2025 I got en email from Kelly blue book. They were doing a 4th of July event. Trade in your used car and they would give you the most of its value. Peruzzi Mazda was participating in this so my family and I drove maybe 30-45 minutes out that way. I traded in my Mazda for the value left on the loan and purchased a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. I felt like it was a pretty good deal at the time. My air in my car went during the heatwave and I saw it as a sign to get something new. Boy was I wrong. This car has been nothing but a head ache since I got it. Within the first 30 minutes of driving home the tire pressure light came on. I called them to inform them of this and they said to bring it back whenever and they’ll take a look. I went out that weekend and drove again 45 minutes or so. All they did was fill the tires with air and told me to “drive around a bit and they’ll reset”. Well I did drive, for a few days. It was still on. I had to fight with them for almost a month to even get them to fix it. That’s after getting passed around to every manager they had on site when emailing them. I’m serious it was like 6 different people. Every time it was a new person. They eventually fixed it after having my car for about 3 days. I had no loaner, had to borrow cars and get rides from people. My job isn’t close and this wasn’t easy. I swore this “dealership” if you can call it that off. More like stealership honestly. After this, everything seemed fine. Come the winter, this car has been in and out of Subaru and cost me upwards of $2,700 in repair costs. No matter how you look at it, this car is a lemon. The dash lights keep lighting up like a Christmas tree. Every few days. I haven’t even had it 8 months I yet. If you can stay away from this place. Go somewhere closer or honestly you have the same luck if not better, buying off Facebook marketplace. I wasn’t going to leave a review. I was going to just let it go, I had a new car, with HVAC, carplay, nicer. But after how much I spend each month for this and the almost 3k repair bills, I could have got a brand new car but definitely would have still avoided here now experiencing this car for less than a year (In response to their “working quickly” response to my other review. Here’s a new one where I can add the emails to this to prove I fought with you guys for a month about the tire sensors. Drove there three times. And got passed to every manager in that building. That’s why you never heard from me again. I’m adding the email chain to my review. If I didn’t fight for it you wouldn’t have done it. I never came back because I never wanted to deal with your family ever again. I spoke to every aunt, uncle, nephew, cousin, relative working in that place. Maybe if I didn’t have to fight over something like tire pressure lights I would have. I started this at the beginning of July around the 8th. As you can see we emailed back and fourth until the 22nd. Over tire pressure sensors. Larry, Tom, Mathew, a bunch of people to solve this. For over 16 days we emailed about tire pressure sensors, and you had the nerve to leave that other response? From reading other reviews this kinda situation seems to be a running trend with you guys.)
