    DISABILITY AWARENESS NOTICE: While my sales experience was acceptable, my experience with the service department was extremely concerning, particularly as a disabled customer. I am 4'5" and drive a handicap-adapted vehicle equipped with required extension pedals due to my disability. I dropped my vehicle off on Saturday, 4/25, for a scheduled service appointment at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, 4/27. I was advised by Gil, the service manager, that they would need the vehicle for approximately 1–2 days. Despite this, I received no communication or updates whatsoever throughout the following week. On 5/4, I arrived at Peruzzi GMC by Uber at 7:30 a.m. and was simply told by Scott Baird, “It’s not ready. I don’t know what to tell you.” At that time, I had surgery scheduled in Jenkintown at 9:00 a.m. and was forced to urgently arrange and pay for additional transportation from the dealership to my surgeon. After undergoing a two-hour surgical procedure, I returned to Peruzzi GMC via uber once again only to be informed that they could not repair the vehicle and that I would need to take it to a Ford dealership instead. At no point was I proactively informed of this issue, despite the dealership being fully aware that I am disabled, rely on a handicap-adapted vehicle, and had medical obligations scheduled. In my opinion, the lack of communication, failure to provide reasonable accommodation consideration, and disregard for the impact this situation had on a disabled customer was unacceptable and deeply disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service department, especially for individuals with disabilities who rely on adaptive vehicles and timely communication.

Jason, the sales manager, responded, indicating that while they did not have the specific model, they could procure it. I decided to visit the dealership and explore their inventory. Mike, the sales representative, demonstrated exceptional patience with me and my son during our initial visit. He took the time to guide us through various trucks and provided detailed information about my preferences, assisting me in selecting the most suitable vehicle for my needs. Within a few days, my desired Midnight Black GMC Sierra was available on the lot. Perruzi contacted me to schedule a test drive, and we discussed the terms and conditions. They assured me that everything would be prepared for me the following day. The following day, all necessary paperwork was completed, and the vehicle was ready for pickup with minimal requirements from my end. I highly recommend Perruzi in Fairless Hills to any and all customers, as they provide an exceptional experience.
