Manager on phone with a part phone conversation. I’m standing waiting for information to be given. I stood there over 1 hour until I said to another employee. Excuse me. How do you know what my info is She said isn’t that name on computer yours. Juang Shaceri. I said know. This is after they did service finally manager looks at me in disgust and says $109.96. I said what is that for. Were filters changed? He said no just change. I said what kind of oil etc. customer service 101 is not taught there. And management skills
