  Confirmed reservation for today at 8am. Did the online check in including adding credit card information. When I arrived, I was told that they did not have the car. The manager (Chris I believe) told me one was being transferred to them from another location and would be there within a half hour. I said I would be back for it. Over a half hour on hold trying to reach them to confirm the car was there it disconnected. I went back to the location and he told me it still hadn’t arrived. At this point it’s 2 hours past my reservation and he said he wasn’t sure when they would be getting the car. The lack of professionalism and accountability is frustrating to say the least.

  AI HAS RUINED Enterprise. Used to be they had nice kids at the desk and decent vehicles. I am a repeat customer and I rented a van for 10 days with. Drop off in Dallas. They gave me a smoky wreck with 42000 miles. It was dirty inside and out. I tried calling other local Enterprise offices to see if I could improve on the vehicle but I kept getting dumped into some overseas call center where I spoke to someone who barely spoke English after being transferred around and put on hold for 30 plus minutes. Then the person on the call lied and said they were on site. When I asked them their address they had to check — dumb dumb. He said we do have now have a car with less miles on it at the very location I had just picked up the van an hour earlier. I said what is the mileage on it? He said he could give it to me but he could not guarantee it. I said if you are on site go look at the van and tell me the mileage. He came back and said “it is 2 lesser miles” ! That tells me he was off site and lying. You can t make it up. Used to be you would call the local office and either they could help you or they couldn’t. Now you talk to a computer or someone overseas and you don’t get an answer you can rely on. So sad. Never again with Enterprise if I can avoid it!

  Enterprise Rent-A-Car location has the best rental selections IMHO. As usual, staff here are pleasant and friendly and cars are clean and ready to go for your driving adventures.
