  Most disappointing car rental experience I’ve ever had. This was my first and definitely my last time renting from this location. The pricing was completely unreasonable, with numerous hidden and unnecessary fees that were never clearly disclosed. It felt like every step of the process came with another surprise charge. What made it even more frustrating was that I booked the vehicle over the phone at one rate, but when I arrived at the office, the total price had increased dramatically with additional fees that made no sense. That is simply not the level of transparency customers should expect. To make matters worse, the vehicle class I reserved wasn’t even available. Instead, I was offered a much smaller sedan, yet the price difference was only about $5. Charging nearly the same amount for a significantly smaller vehicle is unacceptable and feels misleading. Ironically, just last week I rented from Enterprise in Wisconsin and dropped the vehicle off in Philadelphia. That one-way rental was nearly three times cheaper, the pricing was transparent, and the entire experience was smooth and professional. Unfortunately, this location was the exact opposite. Between the hidden fees, the last-minute price increase, and not providing the reserved vehicle while offering almost no price adjustment, this experience felt dishonest and unprofessional. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

  Twice I have rented a car with strong nauseating marijuana smell. The first time I encountered a dirty interior to go along with the marijuana smell. On the second experience, I reported it to the manager and he behaved as if I was trying to get over, even though he is aware of this common occurrence.

  The check in process was extremely easy and efficient. Our rep had a lobby full of ppl. Some nice some very irrational but kept his cool and moved at a respectable pace. When it was my father's and I turn he apologized for the wait thanked us for being patient and got us on the road quickly.

  On June 12, 2026, I made a reservation for a vehicle pickup on June 13 at noon. The reservation was confirmed. On the morning of June 13, I received a call from the location manager informing me that the car was unavailable — with no alternative offered and no advance notice given. This is not the first time this has happened. The same location failed me under identical circumstances previously. A confirmed reservation should mean a guaranteed vehicle. Twice, it has not. Making matters worse, the location manager was unhelpful and rude in handling the situation. That is unacceptable, especially when your company is at fault for the failure.
