  I recently rented a car for a 5-day trip. It was easy to order online, then a very easy pick up at the car rental place and an even easier drop off at the same location. The experience was excellent. The car met all of our expectations, and it was quite affordable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location.

  Very accommodating staff, courteous. Delivered the car to the garage, went over everything. Picked up the car when mine was done and couldn't be more thankful for my business. Absolutely would use this service again.

  What a joke, but im not laughing. We aranged to rent an SUV 4 days advance of our trip, im told i need a card on file and an extra $300 security deposit, no problem...i tried to pay, nope he says, when you come to pick it up... I come for it and now im told it must be an actuall credit card...i didnt have one on me.... Without enough time to return he tells me go to our other location its open later and they can help me there... Almost at the new location they call and say "sorry" we dont have one anymore... Says go to our other location...i call, explain, man says sure ill make an exeption and hang a lil late for you...4mins late....4mins.... (Gost town) No body around. You guys suck! First and prob last time ill use u guys.

  UPDATE: I tried to contact them and to speak to Chris M who replied to this post. It brings you right back to their call center over seas and they tell you they need to submit a ticket. DONT RENT FROM ENTERPRISE!!!!! Picked up a vehicle from the body shop on 5/5/26 at 9am. After I dropped it off I got charged for driving through a toll booth on 5/4/26 at 11am. That is impossible as I was at work that day and didn't even pick up the truck until the next day. I called and they told me there's nothing they can do and I have to deal with their call center. Going on 2 weeks and still no resolution. The fact that this location screwed up the reservation and are wiping their hands clean is insulting. And to make matters worse the only source of recourse is to deal with their third party call center and their call center in the Philippines. Had I known this was going to happen, I'd have declined the rental coverage all together.
