Enterprise was helpful kind and went above and beyond to help get us on the road to enjoy our vacation. I HIGHLY recommend going to enterprise Exton and Chester springs for any rental car needs. You will not be disappointed. I will be sending all family and friends there for future rental car use. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

- MMMariaApr 11, 20261.0We had a terrible and unsafe experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Wish I had the option to give them a 0! We picked up our rental in Pennsylvania with no issues, but once we got to South Carolina, the tailgate broke. From that point on, it became a nightmare. We called roadside assistance, contacted multiple Enterprise locations from SC to FL, and even stopped at four different locations in person asking for help. No one would swap the vehicle or fix the issue. My husband had to tape the tailgate shut just to keep driving, which is completely unacceptable—especially traveling with three kids. This was a serious safety risk, not just an inconvenience. To make matters worse, we had to drive the car all the way back from Florida to Pennsylvania in that condition. After all of this, the only resolution offered was a 15% discount, which is honestly insulting given the situation. Very disappointed in the lack of support and concern for customer safety. I would not recommend renting from Enterprise based on this experience.
