  Five out of five. Customer service is great. I use them for the last two years whenever I’m in town and in need of a rental. Never have been disappointed and Rob is a great guy!

  Second time renting from here, this time is a complete disappointment. Reserved a 8 passenger minivan back in February for my June trip, called a few days ahead to make sure they have the minivan by the time my reservation due, yup we got it, called 2 hours before my reservation due, yup we got it. Walked in with a crowd, most of them were frustrated because they didn’t have what they reserved for. A parent in front of me reserved a SUV with three kids, no luck and then offered a pick up truck, he goes but I have three kids. Long story short, they didn’t have my 8 passenger van and my trip is tomorrow. Called the customer service number and they told me they found one nearby, but I need to pay $700 more on top of what I’m already paying, for their mistake, was told there’s nothing they can do. So I took the hit and willing to pay the $700, got there, also nothing. Rent from enterprise for years on all my trips, but this probably will be my last time, customer service is not making your customer pay for your company’s or staffs mistake, telling your customer there’s nothing we can do to fix our mistake is bad business.

  I’ve used this branch several times and usually receive excellent service from one particular employee (unfortunately, I don’t know his name cause I really like him and want him to be recognized). This review is not about him. My most recent experience was a complete disaster. Despite reserving a vehicle weeks in advance, they didn’t have the vehicle I requested—or any vehicle at all. The employee who assisted me showed zero concern about the inconvenience and couldn’t have cared less. When I asked if nearby branches had vehicles available, his response was essentially, “I don’t know, call them.” I thought I was coming to rent a car, not go on a scavenger hunt. It got worse. Corporate told me another branch 15 minutes away had vehicles available, which turned out to be completely false and wasted even more of my time. After all of this, I called back to get the employee’s name for this review. I spoke with TJ, who placed me on hold. Four days later, I’m still waiting. The lack of preparation, communication, and customer service was unacceptable. If you have Hertz nearby, use them. And if you must use Enterprise, I’d highly recommend choosing a different branch.

  After only driving the rental car we picked up a total of about 5 miles, the car turned itself off and went into "standby mode" while driving on the highway. The rental car had to be towed away, and we were told that the engine had failed due to oil starvation. A 2025 Honda Odyssey was turned into a car sized paper weight, because the vehicle had not been routinely serviced in god only knows how long. We then had to go to the Philadelphia airport for a replacement rental car, because that was the only closest location that was open at 6:30pm when this all occured. Thankfully we were still local when the engine failure happened, rather than on our way out of state.
