- CPCiara PomroyAug 23, 20261.0My husband tried renting a truck so we could help my niece move some stuff and the experience was super disappointing. He got there at 9am like our reservation said and there were already a bunch of people waiting with only two employees. We didn’t realize you have to have a $512 deposit so my husband called for me to bring my credit card. I was one minute down the road and when asked the guy told us we had to back in line because “we didn’t qualify the first time” with a bad attitude. Mind you he was complaining to my husband that he went out drinking the night before. He then had the audacity to get mouthy with my husband and was extremely unprofessional. We refuse to deal with it and they had already wasted too much of our time. Besides the truck they were gonna rent us was beat up and disgusting. I’ll never return to this location.

The car was uncleaned from the previous user—there was hair and fingernail clippings in the center console tray, a sticky touchscreen and steering wheel, and dirty carpets. The staff member was very nice, even though the branch was crowded and he was a bit rushed. Receiving a vehicle in such an unsanitary condition is unacceptable, and Enterprise needs to improve its cleaning standards.
