The first female customer representative I spoke to on the phone to arrange my service lied to me about wipers being free and windshield protection being free. If you are calling for a technician to come out to your house to repair your windshield I highly recommend based on service. I do suggest you check your service information online prior to your installation to make sure all information received is correct.
