  This dealership intentionally denies warranty work. They will blame their customers for damaging the internal housing of components in their pre approval claims to GM which makes it impossible for you to get your vehicle warranty to cover clear warranty work. In my case they argued that I was pulling my rear camera out of my 2025 Escalade and broke the internal clips that hold it in place. To my face they claimed they don’t see this part break so I must of been responsible. Do not buy from this dealership, definitely don’t service here they will also try to add on multiple dumb things like 3”200 dollar engine air filters and some sort of engine service that costs another 300 to build you a bill over 1100 dollars all while getting your warranty work claim denied intentionally. Additionally this is in fact the second warranty claim they denied me. A year ago the plastic clips holding the plastic hub over my roof antenna failed. They asked if I’ve done anything to it. I said no I take it through touchless car wash. Roth Cadillac then told me that that’s what must of done it so my warranty wouldn’t be covering that either. I have reported them to the AG and I recommend anyone interested in buying a Cadillac or Audi to take their money elsewhere. Cheers!

  Had a great experience at Roth Cadillac. They were friendly, honest, and answered all of my questions without any pressure. Their inventory is quality! I’d definitely recommend checking them out

  I bought my car here almost a year ago and have put about 10k miles on it, most being highway miles. Megan Stokes is great and my husband even bought a car from her a few months ago. Now I can say I will never return, nor will I recommend this dealer to anyone. I am VERY upset with my most recent service experience. Photos included with pricing from my 2021 Lincoln Corsair. The tires are pricey but I picked out my own tires so I was expecting that. When I spoke with service to tell them how ridiculous it was that they were charging so much- they responded with “well you are bringing your car to a Cadillac dealer.” My “general concern” was something squeaking- which ended up being a back brake/rotor. Diagnosing that costed me $165, although an inspection was done on my vehicle where the issue would have been found regardless- without the extra fee. $330 to clean my front brake pads? $355 for rear pads & rotors? $345 for front pads & rotors? Keep in mind- all labor is charged separately at the bottom. $690 on top of all of the brake replacements to change them out LOL. I paid $1750 yesterday to have my new tires put on and aligned. Absolute highway robbery.

  I do not recommend this place they order parts without authorization. A 17 yo kid made a mistake dropping his truck at the wrong body shop they will not give his truck back without paying $926 in restocking fees for parts that were never authorized to order when we went to Roth for an estimate the guy wasn't even there to do it. George Lyons the owner is extremely rude would not even talk to me kept interrupting and telling me why I owed him money. What a scam. I will be calling BBB and reporting absolutely ridiculous
