  Service department is a joke. We bought a brand new Escalade last year & it was due for its 1st inspection. We brought it to Roth instead of Greg Hallman (whom is amazing) because we had some concerns w/ it. There was shuddering in the tranny & also the botton control for the folding rear seats was not working. For tires to pass PA inspection, the tread must be 2/32”. 1 of my tires was a little flat last winter so there was some extra wear on it but it was still 5/32”. They wouldn’t pass it. While we were planning on getting new tires before this winter, it should’ve still legally passed. Instead they (Mindy?) tried to tell me I needed to replace all 4. They also said that in order to keep our extended warranty, we had to do a tranny fluid flush even though that’s not due for about another 15,000 miles. & the issue w/ the rear seats were never addressed at all. Pretty much anything to charge us & not fix anything that would cost them. Hallman’s got us all squared away though, & in a fair & honest fashion.

  This is a gem of a business in the heart of Erie PA. I had some touch up work done and Eugene, Karen and their team ensured a result befitting a showroom and showcase standard. Prompt with appointment time and very clear communication. Observed and imparted care for my vehicle. These guys are the real deal in quality care and service. Thank you!

  This dealership intentionally denies warranty work. They will blame their customers for damaging the internal housing of components in their pre approval claims to GM which makes it impossible for you to get your vehicle warranty to cover clear warranty work. In my case they argued that I was pulling my rear camera out of my 2025 Escalade and broke the internal clips that hold it in place. To my face they claimed they don’t see this part break so I must of been responsible. Do not buy from this dealership, definitely don’t service here they will also try to add on multiple dumb things like 3”200 dollar engine air filters and some sort of engine service that costs another 300 to build you a bill over 1100 dollars all while getting your warranty work claim denied intentionally. Additionally this is in fact the second warranty claim they denied me. A year ago the plastic clips holding the plastic hub over my roof antenna failed. They asked if I’ve done anything to it. I said no I take it through touchless car wash. Roth Cadillac then told me that that’s what must of done it so my warranty wouldn’t be covering that either. I have reported them to the AG and I recommend anyone interested in buying a Cadillac or Audi to take their money elsewhere. Cheers!

  Had a great experience at Roth Cadillac. They were friendly, honest, and answered all of my questions without any pressure. Their inventory is quality! I’d definitely recommend checking them out
