It has now been in their shop for almost 3 weeks and still no vehicle or estimated time on when we will have one. They haven't given us a courtesy vehicle and keep telling us they are out of them. Then they say they will have one and we call to confirm and they don't. This is getting rediculous. They don't answer half of the time when we call for updates on either a temporary vehicle or the one we purchased, and nobody seems to want to make this right.

It's rare to find that level of customer service anymore. I couldn't be happier with the experience and would definitely recommend Cory to anyone looking for a vehicle!
