  Had two body defects on my brand new 2026 Chevrolet Blazer RS. The first one was defective paint. It was fixed completely and in a timely manner. The second was defective sonic welds on the interior front plastic bumper. Two new bumper covers were ordered and painted to match, then installed quickly without the need for a loaner. Ray Sisson at the body shop handled both of these required repairs with his expertise and he was very kind and understanding as I was quite upset that a brand new car had these kind of issues. I would not hesitate to recommend Rick Weaver body shop and especially Ray Sisson if you need help with this type of vehicle repairs.

  I came in hoping to get some routine service done on my truck, but the whole process was honestly a headache from start to finish. Nobody seemed to know what was going on with my appointment, and I ended up waiting way longer than I was told to expect. It is frustrating when you try to be responsible with vehicle maintenance only to have the experience be this disorganized and difficult.

  Steve Hahn my salesman was AWESOME!! He bent over backwards and stayed late to get me a great deal. This is my second truck from Rick Weaver. I will not buy anywhere else. They take good care care of me every time I've asked for anything. Everyone there was awesome and always has been. Chris the manager approved everything at what I could afford. Ryan the finance manager was super nice explained everything in ways for me to understand!! Best deal in town!

  Michael Coleman was my sales associate and he did a great job showing us what we asked for and he knew all the answers to the automotive systems questions we had. He didn't pressure or push and let us decide on our time what we wanted. I would recommend anyone go to him for fantastic service. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with everyone at the dealership. We left with a 2026 GMC Acadia.

  FRAUDS!! The Magnuson-Moss Warranty was Definitely violated. Not only Did they take advantage of my 76 year old sickly father they sold him a lemon with serious engine defects that they were aware of and sold vehicle 2016 Buick encore with 145k to him under impression everything was repaired only to overheat and continuously drip oil due to bad turbo lines and water pumps with 30 plus codes smh…..they then charged dad additional $1800 after he paid $8100 for vehicle driven 45 days!!! It seems like they purposely prey on seniors, they even came and picked him up!!! Desperate. I don’t know how they sleep at night. Upon me finding out the illegal aspect of the dealer I refused to allow my Dad to pay it but they refused to return vehicle which they could have kept and refunded….very bad business!!! Then tried to say we agreed to pay on recorded line without acknowledgment of recording, also illegal but yes sadly they tricked and manipulated the entire deal also charged him $500 doc fee……extremely disgusted but with Gods wrath when their loved one is taken advantage of remember in this wicked world u get what u give and karma will win! Seeking legal action and filing complaints with state. All the dealers in Erie and he ends up with the most corrupt one, how they r in business is mind boggling…..Beth Jeff Chris u should all be ashamed!!!
