- TCtugba Cagle5 days ago1.0If you’re experienced something like this please share so someone in much higher rank gets to see these! WORST PLACE! DO NOT RESERVE PARKING DO NOT TRIP PLAN HERE OR FUEL!!!!!. Manager doesn’t check if reserved places are actually been paid for so every parking spot is filled with drivers who didn’t pay. Apparently “they” whomever they are, don’t listen to the manager when she needs night shift maintenance. Since she can’t get out herself at night and leave the store. There was three ppl working while I was there. Thank god received my money. But what do I tell the police when they see my clock overdraft? What do I do with the violation? Where else do I find parking now? How am I not supposed to be angry? INSANE!!!!!! Worst ppl. Worst commercial for PILOT. And if “they” don’t care… well then there is no hope. Can’t believe you leave a lady alone there. Definitely lost not just a customer but also an account holder… doesn’t even feel like anyone cares, I said it anyway 🤷♀️
- JAJeffery Austin6 days ago1.0Place is a joke. Trap behind truck in fuel isle. Guy has not moved or fuel for last 25 minutes. I tell cashier at the 15 minute mark . He just looks stupid and laugh. Says driver are inconsiderate and did nothing at all.
