- RRRun_Lift_CommunicateOct 4, 20265.0Extremely understanding and helpful managers and staff. My truck broke down on the fueling pump at 10pm and there was no one locally that could provide roadside assistance. I was literally stuck and couldn’t go anywhere till I got a hold of a mechanic the next day, afternoon. Managers were so understanding and helpful. No one tried to kick me out or get me towed.

- JTJhayar TernidaAug 25, 20265.0Great Experience at Pilot Flying J I had a really good experience at Pilot Flying J. The manager was very approachable, friendly, and helpful. The Subway area was clean and well-maintained, and the crew members were also very kind, welcoming, and attentive. The only thing that could be improved is the shower availability. There are only a limited number of showers, so the wait can sometimes be a little long, especially when it’s busy. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. The staff provide great customer service, and I would definitely recommend this location. Keep up the great work! 👍
