  I had nails in both my rear tires. I stopped by Monro Muffler and brakes and had my car looked at with in 10 minutes, given an estimate which was what I ended up paying and had my car tires fixed and was back on the road within 45 minutes. If I need any tires repaired again, I would definitely be back.

  Complaint Regarding Improper Wheel Alignment Service I am filing this complaint because I paid Monro Muffler/Brake & Service for a wheel alignment on my car , but the alignment was not properly completed. After I paid for the service, I continued to have the same problem with my vehicle. I returned to the shop because I expected them to correct the alignment that I had already paid for. I was given an invoice showing that I paid $157.39 for the service. When I returned, instead of correcting the alignment, the employees told me that my vehicle had other problems and that other parts needed to be replaced. When I addressed the issue again, I was given different explanations about what was wrong with my vehicle, and I was repeatedly asked to pay for additional repairs. My concern is that I paid for a wheel alignment, but the service was not properly performed. I was told that if there was a problem, I could return to have it addressed, but when I returned, the shop refused to correct the original service without charging me more money. I believe I should not have to pay additional charges to correct a service that I already paid for and that was not properly completed. I am requesting that this matter be investigated and that the company review the work performed on my vehicle and either properly correct the original alignment at no additional cost or provide an appropriate resolution. I have kept my invoice and payment documentation as proof of the service I paid for. Lazy workers .

  Had to stop here in my mom’s van with live animals in tow because we got a screw in our tire. The guys here got us in extremely quick and did not charge us to patch us up. They also said hello to my bunny! Amazing guys, helped us get home!
