  Don’t go here!! I live nearby, so every few years I make the mistake of coming back for a quick oil change on my secondary car. It used to be the employees who were totally insufferable. Now they're slightly less rude and have moved onto shady upselling practices - 5 minutes after opening, they called to say my car needed several additional services. I declined and asked them to do only the oil change. When I picked up my car, I was charged $130 because they used full synthetic oil without discussing it with me first. (ON A 15 YEAR OLD HONDA THAT STILL RUNS GREAT) Every other shop I’ve used—including this Monro location in the past—used conventional oil unless I requested otherwise. They should have at least confirmed the more expensive option before doing the work.

  Awesome staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed the mistakes of previous shop free of charge. Great job welding exhaust and getting my inspection in. Will 100% be coming back for future work

  If I could give less than one star I would! My husband had a scheduled inspection, made arrangements to go in late to work, showed up for appointment at the scheduled time only to be told they had to cancel because the person that did inspections called off and it needed to be rescheduled. Husband shows up for rescheduled appointment and they fail it for two back tires (Walmart said there was plenty of tread to pass), so he goes and has two new tires put on. In yhe meantime he received a call stating that they would need to reschedule his second inspection, which at this point an entire day was wasted. Finally, today,which is day 3 of messing with this, the car is finally inspected. Thankfully now we have an entire year to find a new inspection center!

  The people were very rude telling me what they were gonna do and I just had to deal with it tried making me pay an obnoxious amount for a simple service. Before they did anything to my car I felt. Will never return to Monro auto service ever again!
