  I attempted to have a tire repaired here and ended up wasting my time and not getting my tire fixed. It began by calling to inquire if they had walk-in appointments to assess for and potentially fix a tire. I got transferred to a call center who set me up with an appointment for 4:00 p.m. After scheduling this I got a call from a person at the location telling me that no one would be there at 4:00 and that " if you get here in the next few minutes we can help you". So I drop what I'm doing and I fly over to their store (Buffalo Road). Upon arrival I'm told there was some kind of miscommunication and that I cant be seen, but they ask if I come back at 5:00. I did not want to come back at 5:00 only to find out that they wouldn't be able to help me (by either patching it or replacing it that day). The tech who was working was kind, reviewed the damage and told me I would need a new tire, but confirmed they absolutely could get me the tire I needed and if I came back at 5:00 they could fix it. This was great news! I ended my search for people in my area who could fix the tire on this day. At 4:30, when I was getting ready to head back over, I got a call telling me they would not be able to fix it until Monday. Had I known this was going to be how it would play out I would have called other places, but at this point it was too late in the day for many of them to be open, and 5 was pretty much latest Id be able to go to an appointment and wait. I ended up not having service here. I never like to leave bad reviews, but I'm annoyed that my time was wasted And that I didn't continue looking for someone who could actually fix my tire. I think I would be less mad if they had offered me a discount on services in the future or even just an actual apology for wasting my time and leading me to believe that I could get my car fixed. I had planned some longer travel tomorrow that I am now not able to do, but had they not mislead me with the promise of fixing it I definitely would've kept calling places who might actually help.

  I will start with a positive the people in there were very kind and helpful, however I had a diagnostic run on my car after it started shuttering, the check engine light went on, my brakes were malfunctioning, and the car was shaking, I barely got it to the shop when they were in the diagnostic they told me the exhaust timer was the problem, and that I needed to take it to the dealership so I drove it to the dealership and while I was waiting there, I did some research only to find out an exhaust time does not exist in my car make and model, as well as the symptoms of a bad exhaust timer do not match anything that was happening to the car. Come to find it from the dealership that it’s the transmission and I definitely should NOT have been driving it even there. Overall I do not think this was an intentional with bad intentions but it is frustrating.

  I was here for auto inspection. It was done in a timely manner, I recommend this business for whatever your auto needs may be.

  The guys working were friendly and professional, however the prices handed down from Monroe corporate (or so I was told) are RIDICULOUS!! $180 bucks for just an oil change?????? Your corporate price setters should be ashamed of themselves. $180 for an oil change.... such baloney. I took my business elsewhere... where I will pay $60 for an oil change.... Monroe prices are horrendous and greedy. The gentlemen working there should be commended for their level of professionalism, other than that I will never return to a business that is charging 3x the amount for an oil change. Corporate probably doesn't even give a hoot. Sincerely, Kimberly Gulish
