  I spoke with Ben. I must have called him 20 times in 26 hours. The entire experience was 5 stars. We needed a stake truck, but the closest rental for one wad Buffalo. Ben said to use a flat bed truck and strap things down. When we got it to waterford my husband made removable wood fence sides. Now I wish I would have taken a picture of the truck when it was done to explain better. Anyways, we loaded aluminum and made a trip to Metalico in NE. Then later that evening we loaded 4k lbs of steel onto the truck and headed back to Metalico. The weather for Wednesday was a tornado warning and high winds all day. We had 25 minutes to make if to Metalico from Waterdord but only 50 minutes to make it from waterford to NE and then back to Erie for the truck drop off by 5pm. I called Ben and explained the delema of the truck full of metal, the unload process and our time shortage. I asked him if he could wait 5 minutes past close and he said OK. I didn't want to be charged an extra day. So when I got there and the door was locked my heart sunk. But who shows up from behind the building like a hero? Ben!!! 5 minutes to a mom on a tight schedule is like an hour. I thanked him and said I owed him some cookies which I still have to get him. But he gave me a 5% government discount for working for the PO and he waited for us to get back. Then of course we forgot to unload the make shift wood fence so I asked him if we could put them against the building and collect them later that evening and he said ok. Which got me thinking that he could also rent these out to other customers like us who need a stake truck but only get a flat bed truck. I have yet to discuss this for next time when we go on a steel run to Metallico. Ben....what a guy! Thanks Ben.

  Needed to drive from Pennsylvania to Ohio to pickup building supplies, saved over $600 in shipping costs. This was a newer truck and a very comfortable drive.
