- RRRueAug 22, 20265.0I’ve rented from Enterprise several times, and I have to say that Dylan was by far the best person I’ve worked with. He was extremely helpful, kind, and made the whole rental process easy and pleasant. I drove the car to Penn State to drop my son off at college, and the car was awesome on the highway. It drove much better than the previous car I rented, and I really appreciated having such a comfortable and reliable vehicle for the trip. Dylan, thank you so much for all your help and kindness! I truly appreciate it, and I hope I get to work with you again the next time I rent a car. Excellent customer service!
- SASusan AtchleyAug 18, 20261.0Customer service is horrible. Called for day to check my reservation. No answer. Insurance company and collision repair shop sent reservation in. Friday before reservation Enterprise it's supposed to call and verify reservation and did not. I had to get a ride to Enterprise, for them to tell me they don't have anything right now. Maybe tomorrow. They don't deserve one star.

It's like, isn't the whole point of booking or reserving a vehicle is that it is reserved for the one who called ahead?? Instead, they ruined my schedule. Set everything back. Leaving me to scramble for other options. I expect this junk at the other EnterPrise, not this one!!!! It doesn't help that this has happened before! Countless Times!!! Then one of the guys rushes my spouse off the phone, abruptly hanging up on him! Lack of professionalism. Lack of respect and decency. They need to get it together and quickly.
