  Dillon Bickerton was extremely rude, talked down to me & my son, was told one thing on the phone then another in person after we called to check the day before, policy is understandable but the attitude & things he said were rude & disgusting "this isn't a dollar general" he even said. Like wow took every policy on the wall & went against all of them wouldn't recommend this place

  Very bad experience with this rental car company. I rented a car for a trip to another city, and suddenly the oil change light came on. When I contacted customer service, they told me I had to return the car and exchange it the next day. Because of their negligence, my trip was ruined and I lost my hotel reservation, yet they offered no compensation and not even a proper apology. It is unacceptable to give customers vehicles that are not properly maintained or ready for travel. I will never rent from them again.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. Was 3 hours from home and got hit. I filed my claim and a reservation was put in. I called and talked with a rep at 8 am on 5-24. Was put in for a pickup at 10 am. Location said open. I repeatedly called the location with no answer. Then after so long it hung up on me. No one showed up at 10 am. No call, no email, and no text. I was completely stranded 3 hours from home. The reps were no help at all. Even my Erie rep tried repeatedly calling each stated open location with no success. They eventually had to schedule a Lyft driver to get me home 3 hours away. I think you all should be paying for that Lyft drive back due to the horrible customer service I received. That was completely unacceptable scheduling a pickup and never show. Then calling in and having to listen to the long pre recorded message about taking care of your customers and what enterprise is about. Most annoying thing ever!
